HillCountryHempCo This plant came from a random seed I found in a dispensary bag and since we have dozens and dozens of bags I don't know which one it came out of...so the strain is unknown. I’m not sure whether it’s a photoperiod or an autoflower, but I’m assuming it’s a photoperiod for now. I started it indoors in a tent, germinating the seed using the paper towel method before planting it in a small quart-sized pot. It’s been growing for a few weeks in Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, but the leaves have just started to fade, so I’m preparing to transplant it into its final home—a 50-gallon pot outdoors now that it’s spring. The 50-gallon pot is filled mostly with standard potting soil, mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest and perlite. A few weeks after transplanting, I’ll begin feeding it a combination of liquid nutrients including Advanced Nutrients, Fox Farm, CalMag, and Mikrobs Microbial Superpack. I’ll also top-dress with worm castings and other amendments as needed. If the plant turns out to be male, I’ll harvest the pollen or any seeds it produces. If it’s female, I plan to grow it as large as possible—which is why I’ve chosen such a large pot and moved it outdoors.

Green leaves fading to yellow. The last picture was taken right after receiving water and its first round of nutrients which is why the soil is so wet. Started it in a very small quart size pot and getting ready to transplant. It has only lived in Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil.

I’d say it was low in nutrients.

There probably wasn't quite enough nutrition in the soil and needed a feed. Or water Ph wasn't in the range, add nutes next watering or transplant to bigger pot.

This photoperiod is currently being grown in a tent with six auto flowers that is on a 20 hour light cycle. This photo will be transplanted and going outside to grow for the rest of its life. There’s 13 hours of sunlight where I live right now, so what do you think about light?

I'm in Ohio and it is still getting down to the low 40"s some nights and only 60 during the day. I always follow the rule to not plant till after Mothers day at least. Not this year though, still upper 40's at night predicted. As long as I get them in by June doing fine but you've already two weeks into grow. If it was mine, I wouldn't be able to put her out until she was 6-7 weeks into grow. If it's not getting below 60 degrees at night your probably fine.

They will flower with such a sudden drop in light hours.Put those autos down,ha.They have their place but 90% of the time photperiod are much better to grow. They more stable and you have more control. Are you expecting your light hours to increase where you live?If you aclimatise them lowering the hours over a few weeks and waiting for the outside light to increase you'll be ok but that depends on light hours.Cannabis plants are so sensitive to light. You'd of been better doing it the other way around. The best thing about autos is being able to start them outsided at this time of year.

Hey Growmie, this seedling is showing early signs of nutrient deficiency or pH imbalance, likely nitrogen deficiency based on the fading green/yellowing of the lower leaves.

I transplanted it into a pot three times the size of the first one. It will live in this pot until it moves outdoors. I use fox farm Ocean Forest with top l

I’m assuming the leaves faded and turned yellow because it has a nutrient deficiency. I would think Fox farm Ocean Forest would have enough to last three weeks but apparently not. Since it’s in a really small pot I’ve only been given it about 100 to 150 cc of water every 3 to 4 days and I just watered it and gave it the first round of nutrients in the last picture I posted.
