New to this product, not sure what it helped or not.

My first and only tent and is perfect size for what I do. Has held up well for 6 years now.

I believe these lights have made a big difference getting the lower buds to mature to a decent size as long as I do a good amount of defoliation before flower and at three weeks in. Potent enough to feel the effects.
