Dutch Passion Growing Competition 2025 with Auto Candy Bubatz XL
RheinWeedQueen Today is the day.
My three outdoor plants are about to be harvested, so I can finally start the Dutch Passion Contest.
I'm very excited to see what awaits me with this Auto Candy Bubatz XL.
Will it really be that XL and win the size race against a Fastbuds Westcoast OG or the King Louis from Zamnesia?
We'll probably find out towards the end of August.
Unfortunately, despite the same conditions as the West Coast O.G. from Fast Buds and the King Louis Strain from Zamnesia, the first seed didn't take off.
I therefore started a new seed yesterday, 18 June.
I'm looking forward to it!

RheinWeedQueen After 48 hours in a glass of water, Amy Bubatz was placed in a 20 litre fabric pot and had until the day before yesterday to enter the growth phase.
She stuck her head out of the soil 2 days after being placed in it.
First it stood in partial shade on the patio for a while, and since the day before yesterday in a sunny corner of the courtyard.
Ok big shit!
I haven't been there for 2 days and yet another young plant has been bent over.
First it was the King Louis from Zamnesia, now the Candy Bubatz XL.
It hasn't dropped its leaves yet.
I have heaped some soil around the break and hope that it will recover.
Otherwise I have a big problem!
Does anyone have any tips on how I can save the plant?

RheinWeedQueen The Grow is not under a good star.
The first seed did not work.
The second attempt was broken in the early growth phase, probably by a bird.
At first I thought I could still save it.
It went well for about 1 1/2 weeks and I was hopeful that it would still catch despite the kink.
To promote stability and root growth, I heaped soil on and around the bend.
Unfortunately, it died yesterday.
Now, of course, I have a problem.
I won't finish this cycle until the end of August.
After that, it doesn't make sense in my location, as from the end of August I only have direct sun there until midday.
In order to stay in the competition, I've thought about starting the next seeds and leaving them outdoors.
From the end of August, it will then go into a tent to bring the grow to a reasonably good end.
The seed therefore went into a glass of water yesterday and will go into an 11 litre fabric pot tomorrow.
Today, 48 hours after I threw it into the water, the third and last seed went into an 11 litre fabric pot.
Now I'm waiting for it to germinate and for the third attempt to succeed.
Keep your fingers crossed for me!
