A good week. Transplanted all three into a coir/perlite/compost mix. Gave the coir a cal-mag wash to rehydrate it and used Canna Rhizotonic during transplant. Will start feeding shortly and LST.
The girls are healthy and growing nicely. Another dose of calmag tomorrow to go with the normal veg feeding. Started training them. They seem to take up less water than other strains.
Very happy with these girls. IT has been very easy to establish a fairly flat canopy using LST. The plants responded really well. All looking healthy and about to go into serious flowering. Slight phenotypical variation from one plant but compared to other strains I've grown the genetics are really uniform. Easy to grow so far.
Huge growth spurt from two of the plants this week. One, however, is much smaller and shows some signs of deficiencies. As FastBuds say on their site, you should run this with a good amount of calmag so I've been foliar feeding with it. If I was growing again I would put even more nutrients into them. I think they can take it. The coming week will move to flowering nutrients.
Onto flowering nutrients this week. One plant is racing towards finishing with a good bit of nutrient deficiency showing but with flowering about a week ahead of the others. It is much smaller so I guess is ruderalis-dominant, the other two being almost twice the height.
Harvested the small pheno. Quick dry of some popcorn buds and she tastes smooooth, and a really clean high but not a body stone. Great for nature walks. The other two are onto their last few days, I think.
@goodgrow, to my eyes she doesnt have any big problem. she dont take a lot of nitrogen but this could be from low or high PH. But not to be a problem. If you have a ph meter you should check what ph you give and what ph is the run off water. Also if the pics are updated i believe that you have at least two more weeks before she is ready.. If you chop now you loose even 30% of your yield and potency..
@zenithknadir, thanks man. Having a bit of a problem with one phenotype which has shown a lot of deficiencies but is far ahead on the flowering-about to chop. Low yield from that one, though.
