mcflow Back in the game after a little break from journaling – been a hectic month, but we’re rolling again. This Shogun has been chilling in the tent with a few other plants for a while, but I’ve just flipped her to flower. Switched the light cycle to 12/12 on May 7th and started feeding light bloom nutes. She’s now got the whole 80x80x180 tent to herself – solo showtime.
Tossed in two scrog nets and did a bit of LST to spread her out on May 9th. Trying to maximize light exposure and nutrient uptake, aiming for that sweet canopy coverage. Going for a Sea of Green approach this run – worked really well a couple years back, so I’m excited to see how she responds this time. Looking healthy and happy so far.
Let’s see how the next weeks shape up!

mcflow I’m currently running one Shogun plant in the tent using SCROG (Screen of Green) training. It’s nicely spread out to make the most of the light coverage from a single 300W LED panel above. The light footprint is doing well – it seems to cover the entire canopy evenly.
So far, everything’s going smoothly. I’m still watering according to BioBizz week 3 feeding schedule, but for the next watering I’ll switch to week 4.
The plant is generally healthy and responding well to training. There are a few minor burn spots on some leaves – not exactly sure what caused them yet (maybe light stress or a splash of nutrient solution?), but it’s nothing major for now.
Feeling good about this run – gonna keep going steady. 🌱
