After first run where popped 4 seeds with most of them being males decided to germinate another 3 seeds

Placed seed in damp paper towel and placed that in dark environment

Have placed three seeds in their first pot
One of them had long tap root and two other much smaller

They all out of the coco ready to grow
have been only watering with pH water for now
Another 100% germination rate

Have transplanted 2 of them 2 days ago into their final 3 gallon pots
Will do the same for the last one in small pot today

They been growing good
Will just be watering them with nuts until they get bigger
