@Pi_growing , yes, they're fems. only reason i let them grow that way is inexperience with the cultivars and not expecting it to grow so tall. to be fair though, i do try to maximize the space and sometimes it over shoots and i don't feel right cutting it so deep into flower

@dabaglob, in hydroponics you do not need long veg and just a little bit of training as you have seen they are exploding. Keep them smaller the yield will get bigger without the heat and light stress

@Pi_growing, yes, but also consider i've had issues with root rot so i've had extra times in veg just to let the roots grow back to a healthy state. in fact, it was perdy bad with these two. had to do multiple hydrogen peroxide baths and deep system cleanings to keep them alive. even trying different types of beneficial bacteria and introduced a water chiller to my systems to mitigate the dreaded pythium. even my most recent grow got root rot and i have the chiller set to 66 f and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens in the nutrient reservoir. so yes, i could do less veg times and better training. regardless of which, all input is appreciated as i aim to be a better grower everyday

@dabaglob, i did never try it with bacteria ill keep my water clean with athena cleanse. But also got a plant with problems from time to time. If recognize soon i cut the bad parts and erverything is fine.
