Ja sind sie, ich toppe meine sogar noch früher, so ab dem Tag 14 bis 17 und warte dann so 3 Tage damit sie sich erohlen und beginne mit dem LST. Schaub dir Gerne meine Tagebücher von den Indoor grows an dort kannst du sehen wie ich es mache,deine sehen gesund aus und sind mehr als bereit für das toppen. Viel Erfolg
