Came across this interesting defoliating technique called Schwazzing a while back and finally had the balls to give it a try. Essentially it's a major/ heavy leaf stripping in week 1 and 3 of flower. I was skeptical at first and the ladies DID feel stress right after the "Schwaz" but bounced back within 6 hours. I'm definitely going to be Schwazzing from now on. Really impressed with this technique
