GroloCup Received a special seed from Brother Geoff of his Zen with Benefits, which I was on my short list of his strains to grow, which he'd labelled as Dark Purple... Well I'm a sucker for a colorful strain, added the Ztrawberries and the PPD lineage sounded like all the things I want to see in my tent. No traveling planned for a while so this run shouldn't end up off the rails. Let's see how she loves the Groloponix love!

GroloCup She's taking off and looking strong, as most of my seeds from HBS. I'm dabbling with a new starter serum for this run, hopefully promoting a burst of early root development. I'm sold on the big roots equal big fruits theory. She's already showing the taproot through the cube so I may be on to something. Big Purps incoming!

GroloCup She's still upset, but I think I may have upset her roots when I was putting her in the new the net pot... The plus side is there is a ton of new roots so I'm expecting this moodiness to subside so we can achieve some Zen... With benefits! I'll keep her EC at 1.4 and pH at 5.7 while I monitor her.

GroloCup She's forgiven my clumsy fumbling of her roots when I relocated her to the new net pot, and had really started to thicken up. Massive fan 9 finger fan leaves just praying to that FGI sun God! She's not showing any signs of pre-flower, so no haircut yet. I think she's going to go from slow starter to star of the tent by the time she hits week 3 of flower. I'm adjusting the pH to 5.7 and the EC to 1.6-2.0 daily in her 1 gal DWC. Looking forward to another monster week for her?

GroloCup An absolute joy to have in the tent. Definitely a menthol smell emanating from her now, not a hint of fruitiness. Beautiful 9 leaf fans soaking up the beams coming from that FGI Square 3. MegaCrop is keeping her needs met nutritionally. No sign of pistils yet, so we veg on with power. This lady is a monster!

GroloCup She reeks of menthol and is growing like she wants the whole tent. Thickest stalk I've seen on an auto period. Absolute unit of a specimen. She guzzles 2 liters of nutrients a day and no burnt tips, like I couldn't push her hard enough. As always, Brother Geoff put me on to another gem, and for that, I am truly blessed. Happy growing!
