Meepboi Week 10 loads of preflower that I’ve been seeing since week 4 but still won’t flower I’m guessing it’s leading more towards it’s photoperiodic side but I would like seedsman to give their opinion on this

Meepboi Very bushy and dense plant if I knew it would get this big I would have LST or topped younger if anyone has any idea why it won’t flower I’d like to hear it
