Start at Harvest

PuddleMaker BRUCE BANNER end of Week 8. First 2 weeks in grow tent with weak LED then moved outdoors into very humid and hot days in the mid 90s around June 1, 2025. Grown in Ohio. Mixed grow dots in the bottom 2/3rds of the pots just once at time of transplant. I water by soaking the bottom of the fabric pots every other day with a hose and will add water almost nightly now to the top of pots if first few inches are dry.

PuddleMaker Hard rain coming so had to move to porch. Crazy humid wet days in Ohio causing bud rot concerns on the thick buds. Bruce Banner is slightly shorter than the other 2 but has the heaviest and densest buds. No problems with pests but took a little hail damage last week. 1 week from harvest ... I think.

How to harvest a few days early as mother nature hit us with extreme humidity and rain and there was a good chance I'd lose a lot of good buds to bud rot. I lost one on this plant that I cut off and tossed. I used neem oil early in the grow to keep caterpillars away and bugs and it worked. Last year the pests got me because of no neem oil spray. Big buds but humid environment meant I needed to watch closely for bud rot. I will grow again next year.
