Nistnov This years reacurring theme is snails eating the plants. But they only got a few leaves which made me consider topping the Green Gelato at week 2, it did make her suffer for a few days but she got healthy after a week. I put obsticale for the snails and made some LST on both of the plants, so they get sunlight where they need it.

Nistnov They both got some more LST training. The Green Gelato develops a beautiful grow pattern but the leafes look a bit pale, dont know if thats just the strain but leaf size and colour compared to the royal domina seems a bit lacking in nutrients thats why i increased the fertilizer amount.

Nistnov I repotted the green gelato. Increased the watering amount. Lowerd the Ph level. Put some ash and Vermit Compost in the pot. Started adding flowering fertilizer to the watering. The Royal Domina is big and healthy the leaf size is huge. The green gelato auto starts its flowering phase.

Nistnov Royal domina not flowing yet I still give her growing fertilizer instead of blooming fertilizer. I put her in a different spot so the green Gelato got more space. Green Gelato developed her flowers quite quickly.

Nistnov Uneventful week, lots of rain which both plants handle well did some more LST for both so they dont get to high and stretch more to the sides. They both got a little bit of pruning, small micro buds removed. The Royal Domina is a little late to the flowering party but we'll see if she survives humid october and even early november since i think she is going to need at least 4 more weeks 6 weeks are more likely. The Green Gelato Auto may also need 3-4 more weeks.

Nistnov Ran out of Fertilizer so i made my own with Pot Ash, Bone Meal, Vermit Compost Extract and to counter the PH from the ash, Vinegar essence Temperatures all over the place this week from 10C to 30C but they both handle that well. Both got some more LST training, just to increase sunlight exposure. Royal Domina has some interesting development, a few buds (those on the lower branches) are way more devolped than the others.

Nistnov This was a rainy week, like the whole week it rained, nonstop. So i made a rain cover for the Green Gelato. The Royal Domina is so airy that she didnt need it.

Nistnov What a hellish week again, every day humidity over 80%. In the night/morning/evening over 90%. I removed almost all leaves on the green gelato because of this to increase the airflow. So it wasnt a surprise that the green gelato developed bud rot, hurts my soul but i have to make an emergency harvest. The microscope shows 20% clear trichomes 10% amber and about 70% white or semi white so its good enough but im sure she would have loved 1 or two more weeks of sunshine. The Royal Domina is still growing strong she starts to puprle a bit which makes her more resitant to bud rot and other problems so thats nice.
