7 wedding cakes & a kosher kush. Grow 2

Puffer_Bill Week one 23/02 Taken out of propagator. Light spray with cannacure. EC 0.6. My grow setup is low end budget. I made my own SAFE makeshift loft grow shack. This is my 2nd grow. The last photos are from my first grow. I just added so comparisons can be made etc.

EC 1.6 At the end of week 4 I flushed out plants using just PH balanced water ( just for the day ) The next day I emptied the reservoirs and scrubbed out all equipment then added great white bennies and required nutrients. Changed lights to 12/12 👊🏼😀👍🏻

Puffer_Bill Week nine. 20/04. Sprayed with cannacure. EC 2.4. Washed down floor, walls.and wiped all equipment. Kosher kush ( which i thought was auto is not auto, I checked with seed bank Reserva Privada. No kosher kush autos.

Puffer_Bill EC 2.2 Sprayed all with cannacure Dropped PH down to 5.5 Removed a few leaves. Wedding Cake buds are getting quite frosty, dense and very sticky. A lovely aroma. Kosher Kush buds are starting to fill out. Seriously sticky and quite stinky ( in a very good way) The grow area may look dark in the photos... but I'm taking the photos from behind my LED sunglasses, in order to lose the LED blurple colour. Have a super Saturday Everyone. 👊🏼🤩👍🏼 29th April. Seriously considering buying a camera that can zoom in like my jewelers loupe. Any suggestions? I would like to photograph the trichs etc. Thanks 👍🏼 30th April. On good advise from Bulbi, I have staked some of the buds to face up rather than slope. Many thanks Bulbi 😎👊🏼. I also added 2 x 150w side lights. 1 May. Buds are starting to fill in nicely. They aren't going to be fat.. but are very dense.

Puffer_Bill Week 11 4th May. Enter 7th week flowering. Sprayed all with cannacure.. I like this product 👍🏼. Inside the grow shack it smells pretty good. Looks okay. I realise that I wont harvest as much as I forecast, as buds are not big. ( 4" ) However I have my fall back buds ( secondary buds ) which are not too awful. Buds are very dense on the wedding cakes. The kosher kush is filling in lovely. Several factors why the buds are not big... Newbie errors, which I have learnt about in this grow and my setup is different to my first grow. I also need to spend some money and get the place insulated and maybe reflective? And learn about terpines etc. Different nutes. Maybe organic route? I also defoliated a tad on the heavy side and kept shifting my lights... interfered with node spacing. I also did not vertical stake ( now done ) My 2 late lambs are due to cotyledons being stuck. I didnt even think to try help them. I have learnt about all those errors now. Thanks to all you lovely people who are kind enough to pass on such great knowledge. 👊🏼😍👍🏼 👏👏👏. Talking of kindness, I travelled 35 minutes to a grow shop late this afternoon. Urgently needed PH. Used up last this morning. So... I get to shop and over to the till... PH down in my hand. I feel for my wallet. Nope! 😳. The guy who owns the shop said no problem ... just pay him next time I go in. So.... how do I feel .... I guess somewhat disappointed. Definitely not despondent. I am also very pleased that if all continues okay.... then I will definitely be completing my 2nd and reaping me some tasty buds. I have been smoking some of the kosher kush this week.... wow...nice sedative for me. ☮️ and happy weekend to you all. 😎✌️🏼 Ps I just added some photos to my diary week 1. The photos show my 1st attempt at growing etc. ✌️🏼 Hello everyone 😎✌️🏼 I added several more photos to this weeks diary. Not sure if the close ups of trichs are any good? Was uber difficult taking. Holding loupe in one hand the phone in the other. Especially with my hands ( some nerve damage from spinal cord injury-🏉 ) I'm hoping you gr🎱 folk can tell me roughly how close I am. Flushing will only take 2 days. First day just PH balanced and the next day using flawless finish. ( I think I got that right) ✌️🏼 & happy 🌱

Puffer_Bill 8th week flowering Cannacure sprayed all. I am having to go away in 2 weeks time and will be away for a week. Right when I wanted to take these plants up to. Lucky for me, 4 are ready for cropping. I have checked trichomes to amber % I wanted. I have 2 x 4 pot wilma drip systems for flowering. So I grouped the ready 4. Washed out resevoir, added fresh water ran twice through. Changed water again and repeated the process. Again I changed water but this time added a flush agent. Called Flawless Finish by Advanced Nutrients. 2ml per litre. So those 4 wont be getting any more nutes. And I most prob cut them down next Saturday. As for the other 4... trichs are mostly milky. So that's telling me maybe a week to go. If not , then i think I'm a bit stuck 🙄 I'm glad that this grow is nearly over. Ever since finding out that I was going away, I thought my grow doomed. ⚡👿⚡ Although not entirely awful... I been eyeing up a few nice nuggets 🤩. Thanks for checking my diary. Puffer_Bill The Kosher Kush was a strong easy plant to grow. Didn't flip out when hacked or defoliated. Very quick to respond to 12/12 cycle. Buds put on weight, but as I locked the plants up a bit with "over nuting" I missed out on a good couple of weeks of fat flowering. Puffer_Bill I found Wedding Cake to be a fabulous plant to grow. The Seed Bank Sensible Seeds produced great seeds... just need to work on a great gardner. 🙄. A lovely smoke. I started flushing 4 plants incl 1 Kosher Kush. 3 days later I decided to flush the remaining 4 Wedding Cakes early. All were flushed in darkness... apparently plant gives a last gasp and could increase resin. With nothing to lose I tried it. Not sure it worked though... as the Wedding Cake was very sticky anyway. I failed on the target I had set myself. And this through my own neglect. 🙄🔫. Looking through my last few weeks of my diary I noticed the leaves curling... I believe this now to be nute lockout. Too much nuting. My EC was way to high at times EC 2.6 to 2.8. So... yes... lesson learnt. Thank you all for helping me along the way. Your knowledge invaluable.
