Looks like that spotting might be Leaf Septoria. I had similar issues with my grow. I had to completely redesign my airflow. Leaf Septoria is a really common "opportunistic" fungal infection that'll attack the main fan leaves first. Best way to deal with it is to cut the whole leaf off immediately and improve airflow. *Assuming it is actually leaf septoria and not something else.*
