GoblinGrower So guys this is my 2nd grow ever, my first one was with Royal Dwarf Auto by RQS. This time I expanded my growbox, upgraded a new light and I'm ready to grow 2 plants!
I am going to try again the Royal Dwarf cause it was such a good strain and I wanted to spice things up with Gorilla Punch Auto by FastBuds.
Gorilla Punch is the first seed that i germinated, unfortunately i couldn't do them both at the same time and there was a gap of 4-5 days, not a big problem!
SOIL:
I used Light Mix with 15% Worm Castings and 15% Perlite to re-balance the airiness of my soil. I'm planting in fabric pots for better areation.
I'm going to use bio fertilizers by BioBizz, so i need to boost up the microorganisms in the soil with the worm hummus and some michorizae applied near the roots of my plants.
I know 60x60cm is not a lot for 2 plants but i'm going to try topping and LST so hopefully everything is going to be ok! I also chose Royal Dwarf cause it's very compact.
I'm thrilled to share this diary with everyone!

GoblinGrower In the first week of vegetative phase, i planted the Royal Dwarf.
Everythig went smoothly, i watered 2 times with very few (200ml) demineralised water. The ph was about 6,4.
Not much maintenance here :)

GoblinGrower So I'm now in the middle of the 2nd week of the vegetative phase, they have had the new light for 3-4 days now and i can definitaly see a difference, they're growing pretty fast.
For now I only used CalMag once to give some missing minerals from the demineralised water, maybe in 7 days I'll start with some BioGrow, for now i think the worm casting are providing enough Nitrogen for the growth.
I'm still watering with 100ml on the dwarf and 300 on the gorilla evety 3 days when the soil is dry.
----------
At the end of the week I topped the Gorilla and did some LST.

GoblinGrower Ok so 3rd week (for Gorilla, 2 and a half for Dwarf) was interesting.
I tried to meet a more efficient VPD level by adjusting the humidity up to 70% so i got i new humidifier that has really helped, i wish i did it sooner. The humidity is kind of high for the bigger plant but it's balanced back by the high temperatures, so the plant will not transpire as much.
Furthermore, in order to try to reduce the heat in the box i introduced a second fan poiting at the LED light.
I also introduced BioHeaven and I really think it has made the difference. I'm trying to use it every time with CalMag and I alternate BioGrow every other watering.
I noticed a slight decoloration of the intra-venus parts of the leaves in the dwarf, so I'll give some extra CalMag and see if in a few days it's going to be better.
