GSC Indoor. Week 4 - found this worm? in pot after I noticed a couple of eaten holes ... Anyone tell me what it is? Should I be looking for more? Treating with pesticide? etc

DeepSouthKush Found the dead worm in one of my pots.....after I noticed a couple of small eaten holes in a couple of leafs.....Anyone know what this pest is ? Should I be worried there will be more ? Is there anything I can do ? Spray pesticide ? etc.
