Fastbuds Girl Scout cookies auto

The seeds had one week in the AeroGarden and as lately all my seeds are getting some rust on the early growth , this time I decided to transfer to the coco early as they are autos and I don’t have too much time in veg. Let’s hope they settle quickly and grow, roots out of the AeroGarden always good. I germinated 4 seeds one didn’t germinate and 3 plant grew. Only my second failed germination. These seeds were freebies for my humbolt blue dream autos from the Seedbank.

After the transfer plants are doing ok. Will eventually require to trim off the rusty leaves. As these are autos will give them one more week then transfer to final pots.

Transposed the plants to their final container pots. Looking nice and strong. Once I can remove the blue dream out of the tent I can give them better light. It’s been a while since my last auto-flower will look at a topping operation on Sunday. Will also move to 20hrs.

Transferred today into the big tent will go on a 12/12 schedule until the other tent is free. These are autos so will once out of this tent go to a 20/4 schedule. Plants are ok just now will see how they fare this week.

Repotted and changed tents , light is 300w mehzi. First attempt for a flower in this tent don’t have fans or much venting so will monitor closely. Plants doing ok so far. The flowers are auto already.

It’s getting hot hot hot in the tent need to open the door of the tent to keep it cool. Really need another fan. Will move them into the bigger tent in 2 weeks I think will be better off in the bigger tent as it has the fans to keep it cooler.

Plants have really stretched. They have lots of full small flowers but not too bushy. The autos are very different from the photoperiod strains. I have moved them over to the bigger tent to better control the growth.

All 3 plants now flowering well. I have switched them over to the liquid kool bloom. The temperature is rising outside so having to up the extraction and more critically control the temp and humidity. Plants responding well so far.

Another ok week , tents been getting hot but the plants seem to be okay. Still feeding same mix with kool bloom liquid as a flower booster. Expecting these to be ready before the blue dream feminized.

So the plant seems to be getting sticky and budding quite quickly , the buds look a little small probably because I have been using a 12/12 cycle next to my feminized plant. Checked trichomes needs 2-3 weeks hoping to try to fatten them up a bit.

Buds now getting sticky but they are tiny tiny wtf??. So trying some kool bloom powder this week to see if I can at least fatten them up over the next 2 weeks. Don’t think this will be one of my better harvests lol.

So some of the buds have swelled ok it’s not going to be a monster but they are really sticky and full. Will move them to flush tomorrow. The lack of light made them stretch bud they created lots of small full buds, means a bit of work trimming.

Was a straightforward grow once the plants were germinated. All seeds however did not germinate as expected. The grow was fast but the buds did not become too big. It’s been a long while since I have grown an auto-flower. The next time I will refrain from mixing with a photoperiod as it’s apparent the plant required more light. Will report back after the weed has cured in the jars on the final smoke. Update September, the smoke is very good and strong although the buds were small the final quality of the weed was high would place this up there with the best smoke, again though not as good as the ghost train haze.
