SunAW his week we identified a major setup issue: the plants were unintentionally kept on a 12/12 light cycle during early growth. The mistake was caught a few weeks in, when one of the younger plants started to show early flowering signs, which triggered a full system check.
As soon as the issue was confirmed, we corrected the light schedule to 18/6 to bring the plants back into vegetative mode. At the same time, we reassessed the lighting setup and realized the lamp height was too high (around 60 cm). The light has now been lowered to ~40 cm to improve intensity and canopy penetration.
Since the correction:
Light cycle is stable at 18/6
Lamp height adjusted and monitored
Plants are being observed closely for stress or re-veg behavior
Feeding and watering are being kept gentle and consistent to support recovery
The focus this week is stabilization and recovery after the light correction. No aggressive training or feeding until growth clearly normalizes.
Lesson learned: this was a good reminder of how sensitive plants are to light cycles in early veg, and how important it is to regularly double-check timers and light height.
