Sorry i missed the picture this week. I ended up placing in windowsill to tty and aid leggyness its not helped to much
The leds im using are unkown, and im not sure their all that good.
The smell has started on them :) the growth is not explosive, but I am mainly using a South facing window and 2 less than ideal LEDs. So i dont expect outrageous growth.
Busy week as far as lights go. I lowered the original LEDs and was somewhat happy with insanely close.. but i was able to make a very small investment in 2 18W Sunblasters. Very happy so far :) its only been 1 day so far with em lol. See how it goes next few days/weeks. I believe i will add more lights when I can as well as CO2. Its interesting the bottom leaves show almost indica traits. Yet once at the 5th node the leaf shape starts to realllyyyy show sativa.
Steady growth over the last week. They have finally recovered completely from the transplant. Happy happy with the addition of the 3rd Sunblaster 6400k-18w-18" . It has brightened the cloudy days 🙂 I also added some worm castings to my soil. A minor nutrient addition in conjuntion with the Gaia Green 4-4-4. Ive also added a small amount af Azomite to my soil. This is a rock dust with excellent mineral profile. The smell has increased as well and is now a nice piney skunky earthy aroma.

Smell is so nice now, skunky with almost a sweet spice in the mix. I started bagging them at 7pm on July 19th. After 8-10days flower was showing. Idk, I'm actually happy with my slow going process. I mean these girls were started around the very end of March indoors. Now, almost mid August I'm just a little over a week into flower. Slow process people. Gunna be worth the wait though 😏 All in all, I'd say if you live in Zone 3b, growing pure Sativa outdoors is not the most optimal choice. It can be done successfully though with a little extra care and attention paid.
Happy to see the continued development. The amount of pistles is encouraging and there is a nice amount of Trichome development
Ive watered particularly hard today, as I had let them dry out a little intentionally. Upon watering I did notice some fungus gnat larvae float to the surface. I will proceed to spray my Neem/peppermint/rosemary oil and light dishsoap IPM solution to help combat them. Im not overly concerned, as the plant seems in very good overall health.
