I on my last grow and on test seeds didn't do the normal drop them into a glass for 24 hours then into soil, like normal , I just pushed my seeds bottom down into peat plugs and I have too say they still all broke soil within 3 or 4 days and a nice healthy seedling ,
You do not need too drop into water , and in that instance it did not make them sprout any slower by not soaking in water , and they all grew into fantastic plants ,
So I don't think I will be doing the glass for 24 hours anymore
