I contacted Khalifa on Instagram for some Information and Aladdin himself answered quickly. The Lebanese Snow has sativa-ish Leaves but grows really bushy like an indica. According to mandalaseeds,its a very hardy cultivar. I asked Aladdin for permission to top her and he said yes😬 I’ll first see how she develops during the first two weeks and then decide. #Lebanese Hashplant: A legendary Landrace, known for its Blonde and Red Hash. According to ACE Seeds its vigorous and well branched pure Sativa adapted for hot and arid climate.Very resistant against drought and high temperatures. It is fast flowering (9-11 weeks[other sources claim it needs 11 to 13 weeks.]) for a sativa cause of its semi-autoflowering tendicies(like the maroccan Beldia).Its smell is floral and fruity with hints of citrus and mango. its effect is cheerfull,smooth and clear. #Siberian Ruderalis: The origin of the autoflower traits💪🏼 This plant is a giant,frecking hardy and vigorous cultivar with good trichom production.Its cultivated from the villagers of Lake Chebarkul and is the result of a past hybridisation of a kasakhztan landrace and a local Ruderal variety. It has a pungent citrus smell and mild psychoactive effects. Hi Folks 👋🏼 Long time no see😂 You know how it is, guys. I just can’t help myself.😅 Shortly after the last grow, my fingers start itching again. Just like last time, I’ve already prepared my soil and put the pots outside. I brewed a nice, light compost tea and poured the tea into the pots. For this auto run, I really don’t want to stress the plants with strong teas. That’s why there will only be three compost teas in total during the entire run, and all of them will be fairly mild. I’ll write down the exact recipe next time. Of course, I’m reusing my old soil, which has been mulched with leftover plant material and branches from the previous grow. For the start, I’ve prepared some jiffies. The seed will be placed in there, put into a propagation box, and kept warm with a heat mat set to 24°C. At the same time, I’ll already be running the light. One big advantage of jiffies is that the seeds can be buried quite deep — they’re dark. Cannabis seeds are dark germinators, and with jiffies, this works perfectly fine even with the light on. In past grows, I often had the problem that I didn’t turn the light on early enough and only noticed too late that my seeds had already germinated. Because of that, they immediately started stretching. It wasn’t a huge issue - I just buried the jiffies a bit deeper - but this time I want to see if I can prevent it right from the start. SleepyChow 05.01.2026 Day 1 Lotta aka Lebanese Snow has seen the light of day today👶🏼😬 Well, at least the light of a 200-watt LED lamp. She’s still small and fresh. My strategy of keeping the light on during germination in the jiffies paid off. Over the next few days, she’ll be transplanted into the big pot, which has been mulched with old plant material, watered with a light compost tea, and inoculated with about five tablespoons of worm castings. AACT recipe (5l): -5 tbsp worm castings -1tsp malted barley -1tsp molasses See u growmies💪🏼 06.01.2026 Day 2 Today I decided it was finally time to pot up and transplant the girls. I inspected the pots beforehand. Fungal life is definitely present, and arthropods are still around as well. However, there was some fungal mycelium I wasn’t entirely sure about in terms of its physiological state. Any mycelium that showed blue discoloration was removed immediately, along with the material displaying those color changes. I watered the pots once more beforehand and installed the Blumat system. At the bottom of the Jiffies and directly into the planting holes, I sprinkled mycorrhizal and Trichoderma spores, using the Hubey mycorrhiza spreader😬

SleepyChow Hi folks 👋🏼 The Lebanese Snow is 6 days old today and, as expected, she’s doing well. She’s developing normally, looks vital and handled the transplant into the big pot without any big issues💪🏼 Two days after planting, I watered her with 333 ml of water in a radius of about 12 cm around the stem. The water was mixed with Root·Juice (stock solution: 1 liter of dechlorinated water with 4 ml Root·Juice) to give root development a little kickstart and help Rita settle into her new home. Root·Juice contains algae extracts and humic acids (plus small amounts of calcium, magnesium and iron), which are very beneficial for that purpose😬 Since I was a bit concerned that 4 ml (the upper limit according to the BioBizz schedule) might be a bit much for autos, I followed up three days later with another 333 ml of plain dechlorinated water. Lotta shows no signs of stress or problems and continues to grow strong and physiologically. I’ve also increased the light intensity to 60%. Spider Farmer recommends around 75% at this stage, but I usually do better with a gentler increase in light strength.Nevertheless after that,she was a bit pale for a day. But the next day she was already shining in a darker and healthy green tone again. Today I applied another 333 ml of a solution containing roughly 1.5 million nematodes per liter of water and also distributed predatory mites on the soil surface. I had already spotted a few predatory mites in my pots over the last days, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to reinforce them. These mites basically establish themselves in the soil and can live there for generations as long as there’s enough food available. Truly awesome beneficial insects🙏🏼 I have to admit, my fingers are itching already - I’m really looking forward to the moment when I can start bending and shaping Lotta a bit See u 👍🏼

SleepyChow Day 14 Hi Folks and welcome to our Bondage andventure😁 Lotta seems to be stressed and is a little slim and delicate.She developes normally,she got 3+ nodes allready,as she should.There are some options why shes stressed.Maybe the low rH of the past days,maybe shes not happy with her soil🤷🏼‍♂️ What is noticeable,however,is that she dont like it when i raise the intensity of the LED light.Maybe shes a little sensitive,maybe she dont like artificial light at all😅 dont forget,shes a landrace cross,her ancestors never heard of LED.it is also possible,that the soil is to wet for her,so i set the Blumat lower.the first 4 leaves seems a bit weak.nevertheless i trained her stem a little.On Day 11 i bent her to the right side, towards the edge of her pot.Next day i let her stretch out and since Yesterday,day 13,shes been bent to the left side, towards the middle of the pot.i decided to just Lst her.Im not very confident with only this training method,i like topping and mainlining way more.But u know,i dont know this strain,so yea🤷🏼‍♂️ There are some ways to control the height of ur Autoflower and break the apical dominance to help the side branches to develope: - LST +Scrog -early Topping (yea,also autoflowers) -early Mainlining (Bernie from Fast Buds does this regularly. Basementganja does this also sometimes.The great Mr.Canuck himself says this is possible',but hes more a fan of Lst,he assures that this cause more yield) -clever defoliation of the top branch ( basementganja method) -clever use of light intensity and distance to the lamp The past days i got some problems to held the rH on 60%,most time it was below.i used a wet towel to raise the rH,it helped but not as much as needed. I poured 667ml Water with 1/3 tbsp EMs on the mulch to boost its decomposting process a litte,it also raised short term the rH. I also sowed new cover crop seeds (little helper seeds by almicanna). They benefit the microbiom of the soil through their exudates and protect the athropods,bacteria etc from light and drought. They also raise the rF,as soon as they are developed. But the gamechanger in this drama was,like in my last grow, the fan😅😂 I turned the fan on earlier than planned, but this led to a rapid increase in humidity from 53% to 68%🎉 I also raised light intensity up to 75% on Day 10.Afte that she needed a day to recover from it again😅Today her leaves are back in a powerfull green tone💪🏼 Fingers crossed she bounces back well from her early struggles and really shows what she’s capable of in flower🙏🏼 See u next week growmies 👍🏼

SleepyChow Day22 Alright, my dear landrace friends and autoflower enthusiasts 😄 now let’s get to lovely Lotta. She surprised me quite a bit this week. As mentioned before, I set her Blumat a little on the drier side, and she reacted very positively to that. The new leaves she’s putting out are huge — really beautiful, healthy green with a nice shine to them. Her stem keeps thickening as well, and she’s handling the light settings like a champ. I bumped the light intensity up to 90% and later had to dial it back down again because of another lady in the tent. She didn’t react to either change at all. Perfect — nothing negative to report there. She has already started developing pistils, and she also took the AACT I brewed without any issues at all.AACT (5l,24°C) with the following ingredients: -5tbsp wormcastings -1cup of overripe Watermellon Juice ( rich in enzymes and monosaccharides, microbe booster) -1tbsp Molasses -1-tsp Rosehippowder (organic acids,trace elements and immune booster) -1tbsp Beetroot Powder (potassium,trace elements,Polysaccharides and carbonhydrates, microbe booster) 1-pinch kelp meal (trace elements, phytohormones) Before applying the AACT, I turned off the Blumat supply for two days so the soil could dry out a bit. I also applied the AACT in two stages — once after 24 hours and then again after 32 hours. Unfortunately, the effect of the fans increasing the humidity only lasted for a short time. Over the past few days, I still had to rely on damp towels to keep the relative humidity at around 60%. That’s starting to change now though, as the girls are getting bigger and transpiring more — which is a very positive development. I really have to say that a cover crop would have been a total game changer. It would have helped the girls early on as well, since cover crops can positively influence soil pH and also help raise humidity levels. See u next week landrace lovers 💪🏼

SleepyChow Hey folks, new week, new update on Lotta 😄 She’s still developing nicely and remains a rather slim, delicate lady - but wow, she reacts extremely well to defoliation. Like… she needs it. I noticed she was throwing out some huge, seriously massive fan leaves, while the side branches stayed kinda weak and shy. Even with LST, the apical dominance was very present. So over the course of several days, I gradually removed those big leaves - and you could literally watch the magic happen: the side branches immediately started to take off 🚀 Overall, I’m absolutely fascinated by Lotta. She’s an incredibly smart lady. I only bent down the main stem, and she just… figures the rest out on her own. She arranges her side branches in a super intelligent way without me having to tie them down. I’ve honestly never seen a plant that doesn’t automatically try to push everything straight up, but instead spreads herself evenly across the space. That’s really impressive and a joy to watch 😍 Her smell is slowly starting to develop .still on the subtle side, but fresh and herbal, very pleasant. Because there was an aphid issue elsewhere in the tent (she wasn’t affected), I still sprayed her with a garlic tea, as long as her flowers aren’t fully formed yet , just as a preventative measure and to keep things under control

SleepyChow Hello again my dear grow friends👋🏼let’s move on to Lotta. Despite her rough start, she’s continuing to develop steadily and in a really solid way. At the moment, she’s still more on the small and bushy side. What’s interesting though is that her initially huge, thick fan leaves have now given way to much more sativa-like foliage . thinner, longer fingered. Even with a higher fruit flies population in her soil and climate conditions that haven’t always been ideal, she’s finally starting to stretch a bit. Slow and steady, but definitely noticeable. She’s also becoming more expressive in terms of aroma. I’ve only done light defoliation on her, but whenever I remove a leaf — or do a proper stem rub — she releases a strong eucalyptus-like scent with a subtle floral undertone. Very fresh, very intense, and honestly pretty impressive. She might be small, but she’s got character💪🏼 Just like the lady next to her, she’s also showing increased anthocyanin development on the stems of her upper leaves. Honestly, I’m leaning toward light stress as the main cause. The newer leaves are also showing very slight bleaching at the tips. That’s why I reduced the light intensity to 70% here as well — better to dial it back early before it progresses any further. Of course, there are other possible reasons for the purple coloration. It can be stress-related due to temperature swings, pH issues, or general plant stress, even from insects. But in my experience, when it’s pest-related, you usually see discoloration specifically around feeding sites. My strongest guess right now is the light. So we’ll see how she responds over the next few days and adjust if needed. See u😬

SleepyChow my fellow artificial sun lovers, another week has flown by – seriously, that one went fast😯 Lotta is officially in full stretch mode now. She’s getting a tiny bit taller every single day, her branches are reaching out further, and the overall structure is really starting to show. On top of that, she’s throwing out an insane amount of new side branches right now. It’s honestly kind of wild to watch. At this point, I’m pretty sure she’s going to turn into a small, slim but super bushy lady with a whole lot of heads. That’s the vibe so far, and I’m here for it. She also got a little treat recently: one liter horsetail manure tea. Mixed it at 30 ml per liter. Just a little silicium boost to keep her happy and thriving. Benefits of Horsetail manure: -natural source of silica (Si) -strengthens cell walls → sturdier stems & branches -better structural integrity during heavy flowering -improves resistance to heat and drought stress -Helps plants handle environmental fluctuations -makes it harder for pests and fungi to penetrate plant tissue -mild preventative antifungal effect -supports overall plant vigor without “pushing” growth Basically: stronger plant, less drama later in flower I also threw up a scrog net that I still had lying around – a super cheap one. Not exactly premium equipment, but hey… it’ll do the job. It’s not perfect, but the little lady will grow into it anyway. Sometimes you just work with what’s there and let the plant handle the rest. 😄 see u growmies 💪🏼

SleepyChow Day 50 Hi friends of landraces and autoflowers 👋🌱 Time for another update on Lotta. She’s developing beautifully — no major issues at all. Growth is steady and moderate, nothing too wild. I was finally able to get the SCROG net properly into play with her — she’s grown into it now. I managed to guide her a bit more horizontally and spread her out. I’ll let her veg a little more vertically, especially since her neighboring plant is currently claiming most of the SCROG space anyway. Because of a small Blumat mishap , I’ll be switching her to hand-watering from here on out. Honestly, this might even turn into an advantage for her. I’ve had the feeling that despite the relatively low water input from the Blumat, the soil has been staying a bit too moist for her liking. Now I can experiment with less frequent watering and allow for a slightly drier soil cycle — curious to see if she responds better to that rhythm. Let’s see how she takes it. i poured 2l of compost tea a few days ago: -5l dechlorinated water -5tbsp vermiculit -1tsp molasses -1pinch bone meal -2 tbsp Ffj (overripe Watermellon for encymes and monosaccharides, unripe mango for P,K and Jasmonic acid) I also increased the light intensity from 70% to 80% — no issues at all. Two days ago, I pushed it further up to 90%. That’s when the newer leaves started showing slight bleaching on the tips again. So I dialed it back down to 80%. Seems like 90% was just a bit too much for her at this stage. Better to play it safe than stress her out unnecessarily. 🌞 See u 👍🏼

SleepyChow Hello Growmies and welcome back to Lotta👋🏼 Shes still stretching,...not that much but shes developing. Shes still got almost no trichoms but shes got still time.Shes an autoflower which needs her time🤷🏼‍♂️ I have to admit that I didn’t give Lotta enough credit at the beginning. I recently read an article in the current grow magazine about her mother plant, the Lebanese Hash Plant, and the photos as well as the descriptions match Lotta incredibly well. She really is a one-to-one image of her mother -just in a smaller version. Nevertheless, I also have to admit that things didn’t go optimally at the start. It wasn’t the smoothest beginning, and under different conditions she might look a bit different today. But she’s doing very well now. So far, there haven’t been any major difficulties👌🏼 Three days ago, I watered her by hand with two liters of water, which I boosted with one tablespoon of FFJ per liter.The top layer of soil has dried out again by now. However, my cheap tensiometer shows that the deeper layers are still nicely moist, which is why I’m going to wait a bit longer before watering again.So far, she’s actually shown that she handles a bit of dryness better anyway. Until then, I’ll see you again next week, my friends.😬

SleepyChow Day 64 Hi landrace lovers, fans of special creations and unique cultivars, welcome back to Lotta😁She’s developing more and more pistils on her colas and also forming more small heads. It looks like she’s finally decided to start making something that resembles actual buds. Considering pics i saw on x of her, I’m not expecting big, chunky buds. I’m more expecting very thin ‘candles’, but hopefully with a nice resin coating. The resin is still taking its time, but I’m hoping for the best. I’m also hoping that one of the smaller ladies will be able to move out of the tent soon so I can give Lotta a bit more space. I could have defoliated her a while ago, but I’ve been holding off because I’m still hoping to give her more room under the light soon, which should improve the light distribution. Especially since she keeps developing her side branches and continuing to stretch She also received about one and a half liters of compost tea 4 days ago and responded really well to it. Already the next day she started developing those small heads and showing a bit more of an actual bud structure. SleepyChow Day72 Hello my dear landrace and Ruderalis enthusiasts 😁 Im happy to say that theres just a few days till i can give her more space.Shes pretty cramped in her space,almost like a sardine in a tin box😅 Alright, at this point… it’s getting hard to deny what’s going on here. In the early days, she looked a lot like her mom, the Libanese Hashplant But as she’s been growing up,it seems like she’s starting to take after her dad more and more – the Siberian Ruderalis that got mixed into the gene pool. It’s especially obvious in the leaf shape… kinda like she hit that awkward teenage phase and suddenly switched styles 😂 Now, full disclaimer: I might be completely talking out of my ass here. I’m basing this purely on photos I’ve seen, since I haven’t actually grown either of the parent strains myself yet. Still… the resemblance is getting suspiciously specific. See u 😬

SleepyChow Hey fellow curiosity lovers 😬 So… Lotta is now the last one standing, the sole survivor in the tent. She’s got some time ahead of her, and for now, she’ll be riding this journey solo. On the bright side, she threw out side branches like crazy .seriously, this girl is going wild with shoots everywhere. Structure-wise, I really can’t complain. What’s interesting: she actually handles drought pretty well. I tested that a bit. I water her fairly rarely, and when I do, she gets about 2 liters total, split into two rounds of 1 liter each.I tried to readjust the scrog net a bit to spread her branches out some more. But she’s already got pretty stiff, woody stems at this point, so there wasn’t a whole lot I could do. Managed to open her up just a little though .enough to get some more light down into the middle canopy At this point, I’m pretty convinced she’s been in the wrong soil since the beginning. The dark coloration, those blue-green leaves, and some clawing here and there are strong hints. No trichoms at all till now. I don’t think it was just overwatering early on. it’s more likely she’s been dealing with soil that’s too rich in nitrogen. And yeah… the compost teas definitely didn’t help in that regard 😅 For now, I’ll keep observing how she develops and take it step by step from here. Let’s see where this goes. See u😁

SleepyChow Hi Folks 👋🏼 Lottas still got no trichoms in sight,so i switched the light schedule smoothly on 16/8 a week ago to provoke a faster developemen.yea,autoflower dont need a light schedule to flower,but they also react to light changes. chated with Aladdin and he said that the lebanese snow is still in testing and is a outdoor breeding line. it is a full autoflower outdoors but need a shorter light phas indoors,so i adjusted it to 14/10.as i guessed,shes a little bush u can grow easy on a pathway or somethg,but needs a special Treatment indoors. SleepyChow Hello folks, yeah i know im a few days late😅 Good news: Lotta is developing trichoms💪🏼She got also a more musky (but still minty) scent. Bad news: she also developed issues... Looks like potassium deficiency (or high EC,but why). I top dressed with a hand full of biochar/wood ash.But my guess is,that it was just to cold the last weeks, especially at night.i also poured the last aact weeks ago. the soilbiology sleeps and the transpiration rate is near to zero.therefor ill brew a new aact the next days and turn on the heating at night. She also have to move.I need the 'big' tent for a upcoming project,so she ll be in the small dry tent the next report😬 See u

SleepyChow Hi Folks 👋🏼 Welcome back to another episode of crazy plants.😁 Lotta has changes her location.Shes in the dry tent since today.Im not prepared very well.Shes just got a Fan,which pushes the warm air from above the lamp towards bottom (cause the days are still not warm enough), and a ViparSpectra p600 as a lamp. i need to coordinate the pouring times to avoid unnecessarily raising the humidity😅 Im still guessing which light intensity would be right with the changed conditions. (i also got a inline van,but i dont trust it.Its cheep china ware and i dont want a flaming inferno when im out) Never the less,Lotta has changed.MUCH. She bulking like crazy 😱 and her scent is another than last week. Last week i noticed that her terps are becoming muskier and muskier. A few days ago,i was stunned...According to her description she should develope a tangerine scent.I didnt believed it.The stem rubb was pretty minty, Her buds smelled minty and musky.But what should i say....now she smells like a frecking basket full of fresh tangerines and clementines🔥😱😍.Wtf...I am very sorry that I have treated her so poorly lately.U hope she can forgive me 😭 See u guys💪🏼 Edit: im dumb,growmies.pretty dumb 😂 i forgot ive got a Dehumidifyer.I connected it with my drytent now,cause the rH was above 75% already😱

SleepyChow Hi Folks 😬 The end is near, my friends. All the trichome heads are cloudy now—at least from what I can see. Just waiting for those first ambers to show up.🙌🏼 She’s really pushed development over the last few days. The buds have noticeably bulked up. Visually, they look super fluffy—soft, airy, almost delicate. 😱 But when you actually squeeze them, they feel surprisingly dense. That honestly caught me off guard. Especially when you look at the parent strains—particularly the Lebanese hash plant—the buds tend to look massive but very, very airy. Which makes sense considering the regions they were bred in and the purpose she was bred for. The aroma has kept evolving too. That musky note is still there in the background, subtly shaping the overall profile. But the orange terp? That’s intensified big time. It’s no longer like fresh mandarin peel—it’s more like a whole bucket of ripe, juicy oranges. 😍 There’s also this slight funk creeping in now. Almost like the oranges are just on the edge of going overripe. But man… it’s insanely good. And I don’t know—I’ve been reading this more and more lately—that it’s not just genetics or plant character, but also LED lighting, especially full-spectrum setups that you can’t really fine-tune, can push certain chemical elements in the terp profile to stand out more in the phenotype. And honestly, I kinda get that impression here too. There’s this slight “chemical cleaner” note in the mix. And I’m totally into that. I love those kinds of terps—seriously.💚 Overall, this plant is just something special. The buds are chunky now, really fat. And the flowers themselves have these tiny little formations that almost look like mini starfish.? The smell is phenomenally unique. I’m used to orange terps from Orange Bud, but this is on a whole different level. This isn’t some sweet, slightly orangey, skunky mix—this is straight-out-of-the-fruit-basket, in-your-face orange terps. With that added chemical edge that I personally find super appealing. I’m really looking forward to it. I’d say we’re probably about a week out—max. Then it’s time. Due to some missing info and a bit of delayed feedback on my end with the original breeder, her lifecycle ended up being stretched quite a bit. But yeah—she’s definitely about to be ready.😁 See u Growmies

SleepyChow Hi Folks 👋🏼 today was harvest day and like I already suspected beforehand, trimming this Lady was an absolute pain in the ass considering the amount of leaves. It took me close to three hours in total. Pretty intense for such a small plant, although she definitely packed on some decent weight. As you can see from the photos, the bud structure turned out fairly airy overall. It was much more noticeable on the lower buds than on the top ones. The upper buds actually look really nice visually, I have to say, and they’re still relatively dense as well. One thing I noticed immediately was that moisture had built up underneath the plant. As I gradually removed the branches one by one, I was hit with this musty worm-castings smell.😅 I inspected the buds very carefully and couldn’t find any bud rot anywhere. So apparently this plant handles that kind of condition surprisingly well. It also tolerates drought extremely well. And no beasts were interested in her👌🏼 Toward the end she developed a few issues, but it is what it is. Unfortunately, I also discovered a few microseeds.Nevertheless, I’m planning to keep the nicest buds aside for the vaporizer and use most of the material to make a bit of dry sift. For now, I’ve already broken the lady down a little and spread everything out on drying nets inside the drying tent so she can dry evenly. I honestly don’t really want to give a final verdict on this lady yet because, like I said, there are still quite a few gaps when it comes to reliable information about her. But I strongly, really strongly, believe that this is a wonderful plant for outdoor growing in poor soil with very little effort. She also seems perfect to run alongside a photoperiod grow without demanding much attention. The breeder himself mentioned that she’s 100% autoflowering outdoors, but tends to struggle a bit indoors. She also started flowering extremely early, around week three or so. However, she never fully finished properly until the light cycle was adjusted a bit, which was actually done based on the breeder’s recommendation as well. The terps are absolutely on point though — seriously impressive. She has a very strong orange aroma mixed with this lemon-cleaner type of scent. It’s a really interesting combination, and I’m definitely excited to see how she tastes. And shes the most interesting lady id grow so far😮 i also like the crazy branching of her.shes one of a kind for sure. She needs poor soil and benefits froms early defolation.So that were my last thoughts on her. See u guys 👍🏼

Hello friends, Lebanese Snow is an outdoor variety. During our selections, some magnificent phenotypes were chosen, but we noticed with indoor testers that Lebanese is more semi-auto than purely automatic, which leads to strange issues such as the plant seemingly returning to vegetative growth. It is also a plant that does not require heavy feeding, quite the opposite, so that is an important point in order to obtain a beautiful plant. We will continue our tests to verify this theory 100%, and then we will release it; it will therefore come out with an additional generation. As for the terpenes, yes, that is exactly it: orange, hash, melon, truly superb terpenes. See you very soon! 🙏
