Amsterdam Amnesia #2

SheeshtheSchaller Day 8: The new one is developing nicely. It actually looks like it is supposed to look. Here's hoping it stays that way. Its a bit chilly in the tent, but the plants seem to take it well.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 15: I'm glad that this one is developing as expected. It gets a bit chilly in the tent, but both seem to take it well. Growth is slowly but steadily accelerating.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 22: The plant grows a bit slower than expected, could just be the chilly temps. Looks healthy however!

SheeshtheSchaller Day 29: Plant now inhabits the tent on its own. Transplanted it to a 11l pot (final). Old pot was filled to the brim with roots, expecting a growth spurt in the coming days. I sadly could not transplant earlier. Plant looks healthy and I propped up two leaves so they don't touch the ground. Set the lamp to around 400-450 PPFD. Let's see how the plant handles all of this.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 36: The plant isn't looking too good. I think I gave too much light, too much water but too little nutrients. I am now working on improving airflow, decreased the light intensity a tad and added nutrients. Next time I'll just get all mix again...

SheeshtheSchaller Day 43: The plant recovered! Will be topped soon. Regular nutrient schedule and slightly less water did their work

SheeshtheSchaller Day 50: Topped it a couple of days ago, doing great.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 57: Looks good so far. Taking a bit longer than usual, but looks healthy nonetheless. Will top the plant in the coming days to (hopefully) get 16 strong twigs. Update Day 60: Plant has been topped!

SheeshtheSchaller Day 64: Plant has been topped a couple of days ago. New twigs are emerging. In about a weeks time I will most likely switch to flowering once they've grown a bit. Scrog starts now as well. Took down some more leaves and bent some twigs so others get more light. Adjusted the lamp to about 500 ppfd on net level.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 71: The plant is doing very well! Looks healthy and is growing steadily. I will most likely set the lamp to flowering during the next week, once the new twigs have matured a bit more. My pipette for measuring nutrients broke, so now I am more or less eyeballing nutrients, hasn't led to catastrophe so far :D. The strain in general seems pretty resilient.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 78: Today the plant has been sent into its flowering phase. Net is filled about 50%. Took away some leaves in the lower sections. The plant looks healthy still. I'm curious how big this plant will grow!

SheeshtheSchaller Day 85: First week of flowering is now behind us. The plant has mostly filled the net by now. I left the middle open for some twigs to grow through and fill it. You might be able to see the white bar I installed on the lefthand side of the tent. I will add at least two more in the coming days to improve the tent space. SheeshtheSchaller Day 92: The plant looks amazing and is growing really well. I'll defoliate it in the coming days. The scrog net and braces did their job splendidly.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 100: The plant looks wonderful. Tommorow I want to take down everything below the net, just so the plant does not waste any resources. I guess the plant did not stretch as much because of the pot size and temperatures. I'm hoping for a good yield in the next couple of weeks

SheeshtheSchaller Day 106: Needless to say, this plant looks awesome. I think the yield will be stunning if the plant looks like this after 4 weeks of flowering. Hopefully the stems will be able to support the bud weight in the coming weeks. Fingers crossed!

SheeshtheSchaller Day 113: Look at those beautiful flowers. I would be stunned if someone gifted me a boquet such as this one. In all seriousness, the plant is doing reeealy well and is developing very good. It is slowly starting to develop a sour smell. A bit like sour dough rye bread (with of course weed smeel added to the concoction). I'm watering twice a week, usually on Thursday and Sunday. This has been going well so far. No deficiencies in sight as far as I can see. Can't wait to see what the upcoming weeks have in store!

SheeshtheSchaller Day 120: Look at all of those trichomes, what a monster! Nothing more to add really, at least 2-3 more weeks of growth are required, but this does already look tasty as is.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 127: The plant is entering its final stage. Some trichomes are already milky. I'm guessing that in about 2 weeks, the plant will be ready to harvest. Up until this point, this is the beefiest plant I've grown and I could not be happier.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 133: I have stopped adding nutrients. Now its just boosters. Harvest will be in exactly one week. The Buds look really good. I think the yield will be incredible. I don't know if it has to do with my conditions, but the weed I grow in the tent always turns out somewhat purpleish. This grow has been quite the adventure. The smell is very earhy and spicy. Unlike anything else I've grown so far. Btw. the camera did an awesome job with the macro shots. I don't even need a magnifier anymore, crazy.

SheeshtheSchaller Day 141: The plant looks almost ready. I am not sure whether I'll still wait a couple of days or harvest tomorrow. Another week probably wouldn't hurt though. I'm looking forward to it nevertheless. No nutrients at this point, just water.
