Nutrients

The second run was a bit easier but i have problems to handle the right nute amount.. got very good tips and try it with the next run :) but this run was even better as the last one!

the magnesium deficiency is no more a problem for me. for all the others THEY LOVE CAL/MAG so check your cal/mag ratio!

Grow Questions
Killabarbie week 5 started grow question 12 months ago
I do not know what they are missing. Potassium? More magnesium? Does somebody has any idea? I don't want to run into fails. I fed them only once in the week, water them with drain and only water them when the first 3cm soil is dry.
I flush them and fed them with nutrients.

Hi @Killabarbie! These are symptoms of a Potassium deficiency, probably because of too much Nitrogen during the past weeks (leading to a lockout), or because of a wrong pH range making the rootmass unable to manage nutrient intakes anymore. Double check your pH pen, make sure it's perfectly calibrated, then give it a good meal with Potassium and Phosphorous, with pH buffered at 6.2, nothing above, nothing below. That is the sweetspot in soil, you must stick to 6.2 in order to prevent deficiencies to appear. If this doesn't solve your issue, then you'll have to flush your medium heavily to get rid of salts / old nutrients. Hope this will help, keep us updated and happy growing! :facepunch:
