Mr_R_IL I started with a paper towel and two ceramic plates. I successfully germinated two out of four seeds, with a 4-day difference in sprouting time. I kept them at room temperature (22-25°C).
After the seeds sprouted, I transferred them to plastic cups with holes in the bottom. I water them about three to four times a day.
P.S. An important detail:
For the first few days, my setup was not fully ready, so I used a generic LED lamp (about 10W) for the first sprout. Because of the weak light, it grew long and thin (etiolated). I buried most of its stem under the coco coir when transplanting. This technique helps the plant develop more roots and should make it extremely stable and strong, better able to support weight—at least, science says so. For the second sprout, I am going to transplant it normally without burying the stem, as a small experiment to compare the differences.

Mr_R_IL for now watering them with tap water, waiting for the second sprouted seed to show his face on the surface,
until the second plant grows a little bit he will be closed with a plastic cp from the top to make the humidity higher inside.
the first plants looks like he likes the adaptation from the generic 10w led lamp to the 150w lm301h.
the white towel sits inside a jar with water to keep soaking it to pump up the humidity, the AC is running a lot at home which dries out the air - so i needed a solution.
the first plant was about 8-10 cm height! i buried about half of its stem which was almost white.

Mr_R_IL changed my tap water to distilled water with nutrient solution.
now i give it 1.0 EC and 5.5-5.9 PH
Mr_R_IL Looks like the PH was a bit too low (brown spots) but I regulated it and its better now.
This week im going to replant the girl to a bigger pot.
The replantation from small pot to a big pot gives a good foundation for the roots system, from this points the grow stage is going to speed up by the day, since I'm planning to make a about 8-9 weeks of vegetation I figures it would be best to do it like that, although some people say its better to plant straight to a big pot, i do so only with automatic seeds to minimize the stress since the time frame for the vegetative state is limited.
Since I grow feminized seeds it is easy to controller the stress the plants gets and span it on a large time scale.
Hopefully the plant will be ready for topping next week, basically i can top it even now but I wish to make a clone out of the topped part.
Damn I like spending time with my plants, this is my therapy.

Mr_R_IL Tuesday - topping day, I left 5 branches to make them the main colas, might even top them all to make total 10 main colas or maybe more we'll see. The plant grows at a very fast rate now.
Also made small clone from the topped part.

Mr_R_IL As for this moment looks like the plant recovers well the second topping done at the beginning of the week, now I have 10 colas, planning to have 20.
Also done some light pinching on the bottom part of the colas right before I took the pictures.
So far im very happy with the result.
Also today I got my Tera Acutica Trio and stopped using a cheap generic hydro fertilizer.
@GERGrowDesigns, thank you so much mate!
The saddest part for me wiit this website is that I can't share a joint with the people here, well with most of them.
