Grow Mix - Living Soil Grow Nutrient Mix
16.93 mll
Growtendo64 The seed was planted directly into the final pot filled with a Light Mix–based living soil. A small hole (approx. 1–1.5 cm) was prepared, the seed placed inside and lightly covered with soil. The substrate contains a pre-amended organic dry fertilizer (Plantplanet Growmix) and a living soil additive, providing a slow, microbe-driven nutrient supply. Additionally, a hydrogel component is mixed into the soil to improve water retention and maintain a stable moisture zone around the seed and early roots. The planting spot was lightly watered (approx. 100–150 ml) to moisten the surrounding area without oversaturation. Lighting is set to 18/6, with the seedling receiving ~200 PPFD at ~35 W after emergence. No liquid nutrients are applied during germination. The approach follows the concept: the soil is prepared to work, the plant is left alone.

Grow Mix - Living Soil Grow Nutrient Mix
16.93 mll
Growtendo64 After breaking the surface, she stabilized quickly. The seed shell needed minimal manual assistance, but the cotyledons remained fully intact. No visible stress response afterward. I deliberately started with conservative light levels (around 200–225 PPFD, DLI ~15) to avoid photostress during early development. A brief episode of slight clawing indicated that 24 cm distance was a bit too aggressive. After adjusting the light to 30 cm, the issue disappeared completely. Stability returned immediately. Humidity has been maintained around 60% during daytime. Initially with a dome, later via passive regulation (a damp towel inside the tent). No condensation issues and good airflow balance. Watering strategy remains controlled and minimal. Instead of soaking the full pot early, I’m gradually expanding the watering radius to encourage outward root growth. No nutrients added so far — the Living Soil mix is doing the work. Status on February 22: • Height: 10 cm • 4 fully developed nodes • 5th node currently unfolding • Tight internodal spacing • Healthy leaf color, no signs of nutrient excess Light intensity has been carefully increased to ~260 PPFD (DLI ~17). No stress signals observed. The philosophy remains unchanged: Low input. Stable structure. No overcorrection.
