Decided to pop these little laddies in to some 2.5 gallon pots (they were JUST starting to get root bound). Could maybe have left in the old pots for another week, but decided to just go for it!

Definitely some weird leaf-growth happening here. Some minor misshaped leaf, and also a mutation on one of the plants where there is that large bundle of leaves right above the first node. Not too sure about that growth.

Decided it was about time for some nutes! I added a picture of my nutrients because they are not listed in the nutrient list here, and wanted to give everyone an idea of what I'm using. I am following the "Easy Nutrients: General Hydroponics Flora Trio Guide" on GrowWeedEasy.

More beautiful growth from these little ladies. Really starting to see that leafy growth coming through. Decided that this was as good a time as any to give them a little topping as well!

Decided to try my hand at some Low-Stress Training. As you can see, rather than drilling holes in my pots, I used some binder clips to hold the plant ties! This way is much better than holes too because you can move them around the circumference of the pot, reuse them, and you don't make any permanent damage to your pots! Highly recommend!

Pretty obvious that they absolutely LOVED the Low-Stress Training. The plants are really starting to fill out, and they have now outgrown their 2.5gallon pots. Transplanted them in to their final 5gallon pots.

* I apologize in advanced for the crappy grow light pictures from this week* * I had the grow light on while trellising them and didn't want to turn it off* * Future weeks, I will be taking my pictures a few minutes before the light comes on to get the quality back* Decided to set up a trellis net across my tent this week. Got some nice bends, working towards that full tabletop canopy!

It's pretty incredible how these plants responded to being trellised! That additional light penetration, mixed with the start of flower have made these plants go crazy! That tabletop canopy is coming along really nicely!

Second week of flower and I decided to bust out the jeweler's loupe to get some nice progress pictures of buds forming. The canopy is pretty much full, and I've been defoliating away leaves that get in my way. I will be doing a last major defoliation in about 10-14 days.

The flower stretch is real!! And these girls are JUST starting to smell. I'm just a few days away from my last major defoliation, and I've designed and built my own custom carbon filter. Excited to see how crazy these buds get! Mid-week: Just did my last major defoliation!

Flowering is going great, considering I wish I had a better light. Going quantum board next time! Still haven't needed to put the carbon filter on quite yet. Been waiting for it to get a bit stinkier. Smells pretty good when I do open the tent. Nice hints of lemony skunk :D

Smell is really starting this week. Still not crazy overpowering, but definitely more noticeable than last week. Buds are starting to thicken up a bit. Just a few more weeks until that beautiful first harvest :D

Smell is getting stronger every day! The plants are both happy as can be, it seems. Really curious to see if flushing really is important or not. Because the plants are identical, I am going to flush one for ~7-10 days before harvest, and not for the other. Check in after enough time has passed for drying and curing (minimum 5 weeks after harvest) and I will post my findings!

We're getting so close, boys and girls! These babies are getting REAL sticky-icky! Been a little humid here the past few days, but I cranked that Cloudline S6 and everything is looking good! Can't wait to send them to the dry and cure!

Week 8 has finally arrived!! Decided to put a regular, white LED in the tent while I took my photos this week, so I could avoid using the flash on the camera. The pictures came out even better than before. Wish I had done this sooner. Also, shouldn't have to worry too much once I get my quantum board :D I've been using my 60x jeweler's loupe to check the trichomes. I included some mediocre pictures (I find it hard to get good pictures through the loupe, but I can see the trichomes pretty clearly with it). Pistils are roughly 35-50% dark and curled in (depending on which bud you look at), and the pistils are about 25% cloudy I would say. I'm thinking chop day is only days away, maybe a week, but I will keep checking the pistils and the trichomes every day now, and you'll see me on harvest day!

Well, Week 8 has come and gone, and here we are at Day 63F. A week ago, I was thinking these girls would have already been chopped and drying by now, but patience is a virtue! They still aren't quite ready, by my estimation. I've been tracking the progress of the slowest developing, top bud (you can see the comparison over the last 4 days in the pictures). I'm going to give them some water tonight, and this time I'm thinking it will be the last water they get! Takes ~4 days for them to FULLY dry out the soil. But I said the same thing last Sunday, so who really knows... :P Stay tuned for harvest day!

I think one girl is foxtailing (1/2 top buds: only one plant have those new pistil nodes, see Day 67 pictures). Definitely some amber trichomes on each plant, even on buds with new pistil growths. Think they'll be ready for harvest tomorrow or a few days? Can't stagger harvest.

Hey Seetwo. Yeah I see one of them foxtailing a little. Some strains like to stack new pistils up until harvest. Its not a big deal just focus on the trichomes on the on the older calyxes. You dont want to judge harvest off of new growth. Best to try to harvest with as many cloudy trichimes as possible. If you still have many clear then hold off but if you have mostly cloudy and some amber then she is ready to go. With that being said I dont think they look quite ripe yet. Only the trichomes can tell though. Hope this helps. Excited to see how they turn out for you!

Got some relatively heady-highs out of this bud. Harvested on the early side. Still waiting for the curing to actually determine a good review on quality of smoke and real effect.
