Purple Lemonade and Royal Gorilla

kovin They have been growing steadily, so I transplanted both girls into larget pots on Day 10.

kovin I applied some quite extensive defoliation over the week, trying to reproduce approaches shown in the videos of the Basementganja grower. Hopefully I have not messed it all up.

kovin Both plants are slowly entering the flowering stage.

kovin I applied some defoliation once more and cut off the lowest branches. I also did some LST. My aim is to get as best light penetration as possible, because my grow light is 33 Watts only.

kovin The calyxes and sugar leaves of Purple Lemonade are slowly getting purple so it seems I am lucky to have the purple phenotype :-)

kovin The leaves of Royal Gorilla are somewhat pale, it might be the potassium or phosporus deficiency. I will increase the dosage of BioBloom a bit.

kovin Purple Lemonade has been slowly maturing. The Royal Gorilla will probably take a few weeks longer than her sister :-)

kovin I postponed chopping the Purple Lemonade by a week.

kovin The buds have beautiful dark purple colour and smells earthy and after lemon. The wet weight is 106 grams of trimmed buds. Since my grow light is 33 watts only, I am happy with this result!

kovin The growbox seems so empty after Purple Lemonade was chopped down...

kovin Last week for the Royal Gorilla :-)

kovin The harvested wet weight is 160.3 grams of trimmed buds, which has been my record so far under the light of 33 watts. I am therefore very happy with the results. The buds are quite dense, greenish and smells nicely after lemon.
