Hello to all!
I am afraid that my process will not be perfect, this is only my second time. And from the very beginning I have made mistakes that I will try to cope with.
I have 2 plants (#1 and #2). Same conditions and one box 60x60x160 cm.
Week 0: I terribly made a mistake with germinating, and had to leave the seeds to germinate for more than a few days. They grew too much and turned into an incomprehensible thing which is difficult to place in a hole in the ground. One even grew into itself. I think this will affect the future of plants.
Week 1: Without even paying attention to my crooked hands, both plants sprouted. One began to grow noticeably a little faster than the second. Are these different phenotypes or a problem with the roots? I guess I never know ...
At the end of the first week [#2 Bigger girl] started having problems with sustainability. Apparently, problems with twisted roots from germinating began to show themselves. I put her on the backup. Hope it survive. [# 1] has no such problems.
At the end of the first week [#2 Bigger girl] started having problems with twisted up leafs.
The maximum temperature was 29 C. Average 26-27. [# 1] has no such problems. Is it a difference in phenotypes and is [# 2] more sensitive to heat? Or again, these are the same problems with the roots. I dont know.
I apologize in advance to Humbols Seeds for similarly raping their creations =)
Week 2: Nothing special here. Weight gain and growth.
# 2 Also unstable. It feels like she's growing a little sideways. I hope she will overcome these problems in the future.
Do not feed, hope for soil...
Week 3: Its my mistake that I removed the backup from [#2]. She fell completely in a couple of days that I was gone. And it became clear that both plants have problems with positioning. They all try to grow a little to the side, parallel to the ground.
My ideas:
1) First of all, this is a bug on germination, overexpose them for a couple of days, and it looped and it was hard to place in the ground it seems now has problems.
2) Do not compact the soil and not shed as it should. After some watering the land "fell down." I think it also affected.
But despite this, [#1] holds very tight. [#2] also became noticeably stronger holding the ground. It is seen that the roots evolve. And its good.
From the very beginning of 3 weeks, I did a main linig. [#1] had 4-5 knots. [#2] had 5-6 knots. I cut over 3 knots and 1 and 2. And now I will wait until the side ones grow another 4 and I will cut it after 3.
the next day after that [#2] on one of the leaves gave out orange-brownish spots. I suspect that this is a deficiency of calcium and magnesium. In my first time I didn’t feed plants for a long time. There was enough soil for most of the growth, and any feeding caused overdose. Here the soil analyzer shows a fertilizer deficiency and it looks like the leaf shows the same thing. Began to feed the GHE with fertilizers according to their instructions.
I do not exclude the fact that it may still be the consequences of an error during germination. Because # 1 feels better.
If both girls were like # 2 then I would have translated them to bloom. But # 1 is lagging behind more and more. Including because of my curves hands. It was probably too early for a maine-ling workout for him. And both branches are a bit damaged. I wanted to remove it. But I decided to leave for the sake of experiment. In any case, for me it is an experience. We'll see if she can fill up the cracks or catch up on the harvest # 2. In any case, to bloom 12/12 in a couple of days
Translated girls on 12/12. The right is super dominant. And the left continues to live as an experiment. She completely overgrown branches breaks. And now in these places big 2x2 cm balls. This week can hardly be called flowering. Pre-flowering maybe.
I expect white strings from the tops from day to day. I think I will have to leave only the right one - it grows super powerful and eats a lot of fertilizer and water. I like her.
I had to leave only one. The second was far behind and was in the shadows. But now more space.
I have too many mistakes and catch another one:
LED lamp was too close to the tops and some of them turned white. The lack of CO2 also most likely affected.
I had the same problem in the first grove. A pair of tops became an albino. But thank God for the first time it did not affect the strength.
More distance to the lamp and put a CO2 generator for the future!
