a_nube_420 My wife's little Jack is still lagging behind, but it's still growing, while Cinderella 99 is really taking off. It might be her that's already giving off some scent - or the light is too close during construction. Hopefully, it holds up until mid-May. Maybe LST and topping next week.

a_nube_420 By the end of the week, my wife's Jack 47 F1 latecomer could also be topped. For a moment, I thought "fuck, I missed," but it looks pretty good. The Cindarella 99 is taking off, although I thought that would be more like the Blue Dream according to my wife's description. All are splendid little plants. Let's see how they handle the topping going forward and if they need more LST...

a_nube_420 Last week, they went into my soil mix (Floragard Growmix organic, pumice granulate, BioBizz worm humus, rock dust, dolomite lime, neem cake, activated plant charcoal, Dryferm Bag Holiday Grow enriched with kelp meal and GreenBull). Unfortunately, it rained so much that I had to protect them with a cover and couldn't continue with the LST. They definitely need LST again, and if they keep growing this vigorously, I can top them again next week. Just not the Jack 47 F1 for now, as it didn't handle the last topping as well comparatively.

a_nube_420 Unfortunately, we only got to LST very late, but better late than never? During the bad weather week, the ladies were under a makeshift cover and hardly noticed all the rain and storms. I think they look pretty good. Especially the Jack 47 F1 has surprisingly gained a lot of leaf mass. Let's see how they like the LST.

a_nube_420 Jack 47 F1 seems to be recovering wonderfully and is almost catching up in terms of leaf mass. Maybe she'll get topped this week after all. Blue Dream is doing great and promises to grow big, and Cinderella 99 is also growing nicely and looks very healthy.

a_nube_420 My wife did the same as me. No time to document the LST from last week. This week, she topped the ladies with me and used her 3D printed LST clips to spread the branches a bit. She also removed some sun sails and packed them with the slurry, which has only been used once so far. Sometimes the urge for sunlight is so strong that the fabric clips no longer provide enough support - we need to come up with something for that. Outside, Jacky is hardly distinguishable from the others in growth, so she topped her as well. Let's see what the week brings.

a_nube_420 This week, they were left to the weather in peace. Apparently, I have a problem with the week numbers. So there are 2 here. My wife only removed a few yellow leaves that fell victim to the heat. Cinderella 99 has handled the heat the least so far, but is looking very good. Surprisingly, the Jack 47 F1 tolerates it the best. The Blue Dream already smells wonderfully minty. They will also get a bit of water and nettle tea this evening...

a_nube_420 You would think the heat is already enough stress - but they really enjoy it and are putting on some solid stretches. Maybe it's because we watered them a bit every other evening with a touch of nettle tea in the water despite the Holiday Grow Mix. It definitely seems to be doing them good, and the shade on the fabric pots doesn't hurt either. You can definitely feel a temperature difference by hand - how would the roots and soil life be without the extra shade? When the temperatures drop a bit, we'll try to set up a scrog...

a_nube_420 Unfortunately, my wife is still missing the frame for SCROG, so not much has happened here this week. They continue to grow beautifully. Since it’s going to be hot again next week, they’ll get some Green Bull and defoliation in the lower third. With a bit of luck, the frame will be available then too.

a_nube_420 The frame for the SCROG has finally been set up - unfortunately, the net couldn't be found. So, we had to improvise. This meant the plants had to be moved a bit closer together. They had already rooted well, but they handled it super. Otherwise, the plants were defoliated a bit at the bottom, and they received 10 liters of water with some nettle tea, as they were already showing signs of nitrogen deficiency. One day later, they're already pushing the string up. Let's see if it stays that way.

a_nube_420 The cord was replaced with trellis nets. Otherwise, they're getting a bit of nitrogen and water. Next week, I'll also give them some magnesium and potassium. The Blue Dream has a double stem. I lightly topped it and split it a bit, hoping it will recover since nothing has happened for a week now. More next week.

a_nube_420 Somehow the trellis is too rough, or I just can't get the hang of SCROG. But I'm still trying to pull the ladies apart a bit and hope you'll forgive me for calling what I'm doing SCROG. You can tell they feel the hot weather coming. Besides nitrogen deficiency (that's why I'm skipping the wood wool for now), they also seem to be getting magnesium deficiency more often. So I defoliated them, added something like Patemtkali and a few scoops of compost, and watered them. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for more. But I have nettle tea and Green Bull ready to go - just not all at once. Also, the substrate is well-rooted and the root ball has air on the sides of the fabric pot... I'd like to fill that up with soil very soon and water the ladies with a bit of patience - so that more water and nutrients can penetrate the root ball. But this week is already packed...
