I don't understand, what does the law have to do with it. The fact is, do as much as you want, you just have to destroy it in the end. So no law is going to stop me from doing something, as long as destruction is at the end, after I've documented everything. We'll just sort out what corresponds to the amount. Quality control, you know. Before that, you can't really decide (final weight). But please, don't trivialize it with complaints about the law; it does set certain rules, but every gardener knows them in their own way. And professionally, there are even double the regulations :)) Which often makes a lot of sense.
