Pulled the mutant leaf Skywalker as it was not developing any nodes or new growth. The remaining Sky has very impressive node development for 10 days! Looking forward to this one....
Update; Topped Skywalker and one of the Sours @ 13 days, transplanted all at 15 days. Should have transplanted earlier (maybe at 10 days), all were pretty root bound and showing the effects.
All are outside now!
Everyone is outside and adapting nicely. Weather looks good this week, 70-80F with a gentle breeze.
Sour #2 is in a smaller container (5 gal squat), has different soil mix, and was the only one not topped.
Entering the 4th week and looking pretty good.
Combating some internode growth, tried some stem pinching/rolling.
Update @ 4 weeks;
Everyone showing flowers, slow growth for Sky and Sour #1. Height around 10 inches.
5 weeks, and only one strong one.
The soil for Skywalker and Sour#1 retains waaay too much water. Both of these were also topped. Growth has been seriously stunted.
Sour#2 has different soil that is much lighter and was not topped.
Autos are for sure more sensitive than photoperiod plants, but I'm learning.
2nd time with autos outside, I think 3rd time will be the charm!
Looks like this may be the last week for Skywalker and SS#1.
They are both showing a decent amount of amber trichs. SS#1 is getting some purple in the leaves as well.
Sour Stomper #2 still going strong!
Although super small in size (due to soil retaining too much water), the nugs produced were very dense.
Need to try this one again and let it get big! No smoke review until after the cure.
Weather took a turn for the worse, we have been fogged in the last 3 days. Very wet out, not good for the buds. I cut all the leaves that were showing brown rot. Buds still look OK.
The smaller one is showing a nice shade of purple.
A week or so more....
