If u started from seed and it's a ft or more is great usually takes me like 6-7 weeks to get that height from the time it breaks the surface so def don't be worried unless your limited on vertical space then I'd be a lil worried but gd rule of thumb is veg it bout half your desired final hieght then flip to flowering happy growing if u need anymore advice I'm pretty knowledgeable happy growing
