Algar Forgot about the contest, so thanks for the email. I started germination 23 March 2026 and planted in 2 liter Potts until 13April. Transplanted into living soil and just watered. Living here in southern Spain we have at least 13/14 hours of sun now. Today is 13 July and these plants just can't stop stretching. I’ll be happy when they decide to change over.😄

Algar Well, one week has passed since the last update, and by far…the Jamaicon pearl is growing stong at 198cms. I’ve topped her 4 times in total (experimenting). The Michka feminized is starting to sprout up at 154cms. She’s been topped, but only 3 times. Lastly, the Screwdriver OG feminized has the least sun and only at 130cms. She’s been topped 2 times. The weather here has been high 30s nothing less than 37c I don’t think these plants will change until sometime in August.

Algar Wow! Week 15 all 3 plants are continuing to sprout Jamaican pearl 205cm, Michka at 172cm and Screwdriver OG coming in at 142cms. Think this week i’ll do a little defoliation, but not too much. Just feeding them water this week and they are drinking. The Jamaican pearls tree trunk is bigger than the 2 fruit tree trunks and they are 5 years old! Topping her 4 times is really showing it’s rewards…sprouting out double the amount of large thick side branches.😎

Algar Well 2 (Michka and Screwdriver OG)of the 3 are flowering now. The Jaimacan Pearl doesn’t want to stop stretching, but she gets the most sun light through the day. Just fed them water, but will get some flowering nutrients this week. Now I’m watering day and evening averaging between 20 liters per plant.

Algar Wow! Week 17 and finally all three are flowering. The Jamaican Pearl stared flowering 4 days ago and she’s still stretching! Now the smell from the Michka and Screwdriver OG is really noticeable. FRUITY LEMON AND PEACHES. The weather here has been hot, but this week they’re saying temps will go down and maybe we’ll get some summer rains. We will see? The buds are starting to get bigger and longer. Can’t wait to try them out.😎

Algar Week 18: this week was nice and cooler than normal. Averaging 28-30celcius with nights around 15-18 Celsius. In week 4 of flower for the Michka, 3 weeks flower door Screwdriver OG and the Jamaican pearl 2 1/2 weeks into flower.

Algar week 19, well we finally had rain here, not much but enough to not have to water for 2days. The heat returns this week daily average 37. Watering the plants 2times per day with the excessive heat. All plants are flowering really good and the smell in the early morning and night is fantastic. The Jamaican Pearl has a fruity smell can't quit make out which fruit yet. The Michka flowers are getting fat, while the Screwdriver OG is stretching up and starting to fatten up. I gave all of them BioCanabi and liquid worm castings um organic floración

Algar Finally week 20…Well this week has been hot and humid again. The 3 plants are busting out now with smelly, thick buds… The Jamaican Pearl has a bubble gum scent (like the gum from the early 70s). She’s my real beast and can’t wait to try her out. The Screwdriver OG started late but is catching up to the Michka in size and her scent is like wood or diesel fuel? Her pístails are turning brown, cristalized and very shinny and sticky. The Michka has a lemon scent and she’s smelling outrageous. Her buds are thick and heavy. I always sample my plants at their 4 week mark. Last week I cut buds from the Michka and Screwdriver OG, dried them for 6 days and smoked them both on different days. The Michka had me like a couch potato, glued to my couch. It wasn’t what I expected. Not the Sativa high where you’re up, alert and talkative. The Screwdriver was a 180 degree turnaround. The high was very, very uplifting…Very alert, full of energy, couldn’t stay still always wanting to do something…(cook, clean, exercise , anything except the sofa. Didn’t try the Jamaican Pearl yet. Think I’ll wait when she’s at her 8th week of flower. Well, until next week.

Algar Week 21! Well this week is starting off hot and very, very windy. I had to reinforce the branches from the wind around 60-70kms. The Michka is by far the most stickiest of the thre for now but she’s at 6 weeks of flower. Her large buds are getting very heavy and resinous. The Screwdriver OG is right under 6 weeks of her flower and she’s smelling like strong diesel fuel/wood. Her buds are thickening up and stretching. The Jaimacan pearl is at 4 1/2 weeks on her flower and I love her bubble gum scent. Her branches are super long and her buds are stretching but not fattening up.

Algar I was taking pictures without my glasses, these are with my glasses week 22. can't believe how long it's been. watching these 3 grow over the last 6 months and being patient which is not one of my good things. Next week I'll harvest the screwdriver OG first, she'll be at a little over 8weeks of flower and her smell is seriously outrageous in late afternoon and early morning. Her buds are fat, thick and very heavy. I'll harvest the Michka the week after harvesting Screwdriver OG and the Jamaican pearl will get cut down a week after the Michka. Tried/sampled all 3 and for the taste test the Jamaican Pearl wins hands down. She has a fruity taste that's hard to pinpoint which 🍑.
