Week 2: we have added another 800w LED to the grow tent which the plants have been loving! Got a new PH tester cause other one was wack and my plants weren't agreeing with it. They are now turning into thick dark green leaves and I believe it's because the PH of the water is in a better zone. Will top feed next week again with 1tsp each of Grow and Foundation.

I’ve been using dry nut from Root Organics, I’m curious if I still need to water to run off since I’m in coco. I want to make sure my dry nut don’t get flushed out. Is dry nuts optimal for coco? Do i water the same as others?

A slight runoff is always good but not required as if you are using synthetic nutrients but you may get salt build up therefore time to time do water to allow some runoff. You have multiple deficiencies, you need to brew a tea for your plants asap, they are lacking of many things right now. Simply put find a compost tea recipe online, you'll be able to find everything at your local hydro/garden store to brew your compost tea. You need to let it brew for a minimum of 24hrs in dechlorinated water, R/O is best. In flower: Dry amendments (organic supplements) do not require to be flushed. What is needed is to stop supplementing the plants 4-5 weeks to harvest to allow everything in the coco/peat moss/soil to be absorbed by the plant so minerals are not contained in the buds. The plants should naturally be drawing nutrients from its own leaves which in turn they will turn yellow and tell you the plant used up all the feed in the medium. Let me know if you need further assistance.

I'v never had mildew before. maybe it was on the clones when you got them?

@@Aiiogrow, Cannot rub it off! I'm leaning towards the cal-mag deficiency since my medium was not buffered with it.

@BookiesandBream, mildew: a thin whitish coating consisting of minute fungal hyphae, growing on plants or damp organic material such as paper. can you rub it off? or is the leave damaged?

@@Aiiogrow, I'm taking a closer look at it since it doesn't seem to be spreading. Does it look like it could also be a cal-mag deficiency?

Looking fresh :) hate the pictures tho. that purple shine makes the mildew not even show :'( btw. i see you grow in coco but the dairy says hydroponic. change of mind? could you make a picture of the mildew? cant believe such small plants make mildew. if so you need to do something about the room. get move ventilation or lower humid. Keep it up ;) following along 👍

@@@Aiiogrow, Wow thank you for following along! Yes, I will upload some new photos soon, I figure it was annoying but don't know the best way to get the light. I assume I can turn off the purple for a minute and it wouldn't have any stress on my plants. I'm looking for fellow planters that can tell me to stop worrying about minor things! All love to you and your gardens!

My dry Organics say feed monthly so the last month is when you stop feeding so everything is depleted no flushing required
