Green Leaf nutrients is dry amendments,so the nutrient ratio ml/l is really g/l. Plants are pushing through a little over watering issue they had, not used to using plastic pots, as for being my first photos I thought I would try starting small and eventually transplanting, have an issue with how often I actually need to water in volume compared to how fast it can dry and drain. Self control will increase in the coming weeks as I try to get them going. Genetic line is (Pink 2.0 X White Fire Alien OG).
Once again feeding is g/L. Only bump in the road was not feeding light nutrients early on in the inert coco to jump start the growth. Week 2 is slow but moving faster each day, a nice dose of nutrients have really pushed them in the right direction. Gonna sit in 1 gallon fabric pots till about week 4/5 and then into 3 gallons for flower flip.
g/L as usual. Plants are looking much more lush and full of life, steadily growing and busting roots out of the bottom of the fabric pot. Has interesting growth, displaying small fan leave growth only on 1 side of the plant, as if you split the plant down the center and just shrinked one side of her leaves lol. Going to top once the 4th node has set in and flip into flower. *****Damaged leaves on 1 plant was due to the ac being turned off and the tent getting way too hot. Flipped the ac back on and the damage has not spread.
Alas we have come into the timing of preflower in week 4/5. Thankfully I played the odds of regular seeds and lucked out with a female plant out of 2 seeds. This paid off as the female plant REEKS in veg. She has a smells of fuel, slight menthol, and then just a rank BO smell on the back end. The male plant is the shorter bushier one, while the female exhibits taller stalkier growth. Going to transplant into a 3 gallon pot and flip into flower starting today. Female plant was topped a couple days ago, so hopefully into the transition those new tops have a chance to grow a bit more. Debating on keeping the male and moving him outdoors for pollen collection as the growth exhibited is fantastic. Absolutely love the big dinner plate leaves. Bonus preflower shot. Double bonus, sour livers finishing her first week into flower.
The 2 new tops have set in, and I can see really early flower development. Smell is outrageous, filling my entire room with a beautiful sweet minty kushy smell. Hopefully a faster finisher so I could get her shopped by the time schools starts.
1st week up flower, and looks to be going extremely well. She is lush, happy and stinky. Excited to already jar her up and let her cure. We are on a 10/14 light schedule to have her hopefully finish up a bit earlier.
Smooth sailing, not even into 2 weeks of flower and already throwing frost on the lowers and tops. Planning on moving the ladies, and staking some of the stalks to just get her to spread out a bit more when moved into the 3x3x6.5.
New home has the lady looking absolutely killer. Cant complain on this grow, the strand practically grows itself. So nice to have all the extra space for future grows, can finally fit a couple more girls heh. The smell is now reminiscent of a Thai coconut curry, very interesting terpene composition.
***The weird molting/leaf growth have been there since the plant has popped out of the bean. Guessing it got damaged early on and grew out like this.
