Orbital Banana F1 - RQS - 2nd Grow

AccidentalB All 4 of the RQS Oribital Banana F1 seeds sprouted after 3 days. I moistened the soil plugs with water containing 7 drops of Seedbooster Plus per liter. Since I use a water softener at home, I can’t use tap water for the plants. Even the water before it passes through the water softener isn’t suitable because it’s much too hard (18 dH). I have therefore decided to use distilled water exclusively for this grow. I make the distilled water myself using a Vevor water distiller. I think this also gives me more flexibility to follow my own feeding schedule. Of course, I’ll need to add EC 0.4 mS/cm of CalMag with every watering. Starting tomorrow, August 23, I’ll put the small seedlings on an 18/6 light schedule, beginning with a PAR of 120 PPFD (and increasing it to 200 PPFD toward the end of the week). I’ve prepared a plant sprayer with nutrient solution to keep the plugs moist over the coming week. The nutrient solution consists of: EC 0.36 mS/cm CalMag, 1 ml/l Power Roots, and 1 ml/l Pure Zym. pH is set to 6.2. Other than that, of course, no additional nutrients are needed because the soil plugs and the seedlings themselves have everything they need to get through this week.
