Hydroaccess First grow diary. This time my follow-up will be for a bulk Jack Herer, using a 20-liter DWC Progrow system from Hydro Acces. For the initial substrate, I opted for rock wool, which I stabilized beforehand by soaking it in water with a pH adjusted to 5.5 for a period of 24 hours. For germination, I placed the seeds directly in water, keeping them in the dark in a warm place, after 3 days, the seeds are ready to be planted in the rock wool or mineral wool.

Hydroaccess Jack Herer DWC 5l. Initial parameters nailed down: pH 5.5 and 250 PPM of base water plus CalMag. Solution protected with HypoShield (Hypochlorous Acid) to keep the water sterile and free from fungi. Day 1, all good! 🚀

Hydroaccess Jack Herer Auto, Week 2, The sprout is starting to pick up pace in the 7L DWC. The most important thing now is happening below: taking care of the roots with HypoShield to keep them white and healthy. Stable parameters at 400 PPM (CalMag + Growth) and pH 5.6. Less is more at this stage.

Hydroaccess The Jack Herer Auto keeps evolving strongly. The root system is exploding, showing impeccable, thick roots that are white, confirming the plant's health. The foliage looks healthy. The parameters in the tank remain stable like a clock: pH at 5.8 and EC controlled at 450 ppm. With the CalMag diet, Hesi Growth, and Hypro-shield, the assimilation is going well and the growth doesn't stop.

Hydroaccess It was an intense week. I made a small mistake by applying a product with beneficial organisms right when I was using hypochlorous acid in the reservoir. The reaction was immediate: the acid affected the roots and caused slight oxidation. Fortunately, nothing serious; a complete nutrient solution change was enough to restore their balance. During the recovery phase, I took the opportunity to do an apical cut (topping) and start with the initial structure using guiding clips. In just 3 days, the girls showed their resilience, got back on track, and are once again at 100%, responding excellently to the training.

Hydroaccess Totally recovered and with incredible strength! After overcoming last week's issue, the root system exploded completely: clean, extremely dense roots with impeccable nutrient absorption. We're now fully into the flowering phase. The first flower formations are showing, loaded with white pistils and an excellent structural response. To optimize light penetration to all the secondary tips, I did some guiding work with ties (LST) and a strategic defoliation to clear the lower area. The canopy is perfectly uniform and ready to fatten up.
