LeshyGrowsPL Hey everyone! Let’s start things a bit differently.
Many growers begin their journey by dropping heavy money on high-end gear: top-tier lights, tents, complex filtration systems, and advanced automation. In this project, I want to prove that you can achieve great results on a tight budget. You don't need a fortune to get started—just a sharp eye for detail, patience, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
For this run, I’m sprouting seeds from #Royal Queen Seeds. We aren't building a high-tech lab here. My goal is simple: to show that you don't need to spend big to get impressive yields and top-shelf frost.
I’m actually running a second project on the side with a full professional setup, but I intentionally wanted to focus this diary on market-grade, budget equipment. I want to highlight the real limitations, challenges, and everyday hurdles that any home grower might face along the way.
I hope you guys enjoy this experiment—whether as a practical guide or just an interesting observation. Stay tuned!

LeshyGrowsPL Catching up on my diary after being away for a few days! This update is from Week 2 of the vegetative stage.
The plants are developing really well and building strong, bushy structures. The one in the orange pot is showing great vigor, while the other two in the white and grey pots are catching up nicely.
No training (LST) applied yet at this stage, allowing them to establish a healthy root system and grow naturally under the light. Node spacing is nice and tight, and the leaf color is vibrant green. Given a light feeding (50% Mairol) and plain water to keep the soil moist. Everything looks super healthy and ready for training soon!

LeshyGrowsPL Updated diary! Here's the current situation in the tent.
Overall, everything is smooth sailing. The plants are growing super dense and bushy. I’ve been applying LST to keep the canopy flat and open up the inner shoots. Instead of defoliating (to avoid stressing these autos), I’m just tucking the big fan leaves under the stems—it works like a charm and keeps the growth rate high.
Had a close call recently—the clip fan fell straight onto the small plant in the grey pot! She took a solid hit, but thanks to the resilient genetics from @Royal Queen Seeds, she bounced back like a champ and is growing strong again without missing a beat.
Colors are a vibrant, healthy green, and the 50% Mairol feeding went down smoothly. Also, I'm already kicking off the next stealth experiment—just started germinating 3x OG Kush photoperiods in 4L pots! They’re going to be grown in equally tough, guerrilla-style conditions to run a continuous harvest cycle. Things are looking great!
