Still no nutes. I had a couple smaller plants that were planted and germinated at the same time as the other bigger girls. I thought they were going to die, but they didn’t. They’re definitely catching up as you can see in the grow tent next to the others. I’m just very concerned that I am going to mess something up now. I tucked a fan leaf behind to expose more of the cola and it broke off :( I’m just really nervous as to what the next few weeks will bring. Any recommendations please please please let me know! They seem
Happy they’re all green and they’re still growing but Dad’s a nervous wreck :(
@Anxious_Passenger,
I believe it’s too late now for the girls and LST since they’re already in flower (most of them). But I started 9 more babes so we’ll see!! And I’m gonna check out your grow diaries now :) thank you!!
Stay at it dude, I started my first grow recently too (check out my diary) and used a small LST to start off with... I have now started my second and "topped" it today, will be heavy LST'ing that one... Google and read up, outside the comfort zone is where we learn the most. You'll be fine.

I’m thrilled for you that you are excited!! It’s awesome to witness, isn’t it? The aroma alone! Congratulations and enjoy your harvest.
“ ... but these are autos so it’s easy to grow ... “ That’s certainly the appeal to many, but there is absolutely no difference in what you have to do to grow photos, except adjusting a timer. And many people say autos are finicky. Once you’ve gotten a few harvests, and want to grow a really big plant, try photo. Very satisfying. You become Dr Frankenstein and the plants are your MONSTERS!!
Nice strain. I’m just finishing 5 of the same. It was nerve wracking but well worth it. Some of the more troubling plants have given the most buds! Just be patient. I have gone on 15 weeks now and will harvest in a few days. Did 2 plants at 13 weeks. I think I delayed them with my amateur ways. The drying phase is difficult to get right. First dry was a bit too quick.
@Thegaygrower, I’m sure it is possible. You have big pots full of soil. Will be interesting to see whether they grow well without additional nutes. My soil ph went a bit high (7.5-8) towards the end of the grow. I’m sure it was nutrient build up. Good luck!
@Lucidite, this soil is great! It has all organic nutrients that will feed for up to 3 months. I am going to start the nutes maybe next week or honest??? Maybe never! I mean they seem to be doing great so far so I am going to wait until they “need” something. But for now they seem happy and healthy :) but I did buy organic bud grow from the store so I am going to try that and see what happens for my next grow!
@Thegaygrower, give them a few nutes :) 1/2 the recommended dose. Good soil should give you 2 weeks nutrients at least I would have thought. I actually thought hydroponic soil was nutrient free, in order to allow all nutrients to be delivered ‘hydroponically’?
You possibly still have 4 weeks left before the chop. Maybe 5. Get a pocket microscope or a jewellers’ loupe and watch the trichomes. 30-50% cloudy and I would start flushing with 1-2 weeks to go. Aim for 100% cloudy unless you want something different.
