AXXseeds The seeds were personally brought from Jamaica. I absolutely loved the effect, but the strain couldn't mature outdoors in Russia because it started flowering too late. It took 8 years of outdoor acclimatization in the harsh environment of the taiga to adapt this strain

Passport of the unique strain: Jamaica Taiga (Jamaica Taiga F-X) Jamaica Taiga is a unique, revolutionary early-flowering hybrid (early version) that resulted from 8–9 years of continuous breeding work to acclimatize purebred tropical Jamaican sativa to the extreme conditions of the Siberian and northern taiga. For the first time in the history of Russian breeding, it has been possible to completely restructure the genetic memory of an equatorial plant, allowing it to fully mature and produce viable seeds in the open ground of the taiga zone. Genetics and breeding history Mother line: Pure tropical sativa (Jamaica). Adaptation: Over 8 generations of rigorous selection in open ground (outdoor) conditions of the taiga. Only the most resilient phenotypes were selected, showing record early flowering with reduced daylight and high resistance to low temperatures. Type of strain: Acclimatized early flower (Early Version / Fast Version). 🌿 Morphology and plant characteristics Appearance: The plant retains the classic sativa structure — elongated silhouette, long internodes, and narrow "fingers" of leaves, but acquires an atypical for the tropics powerful, stress-resistant stem structure capable of withstanding the gusty taiga winds. Inflorescences: Large, elongated, with a high density coefficient for sativa. By the final ripening stage, they are abundantly covered in resin. They have increased resistance to short-term frosts. Seeds: Large, with a distinct dark brown "tiger" pattern. They possess a strong genetic memory for early starts and high germination in cold spring soil. ⏱️ Flowering and ripening cycle Start of flowering: Late July - early August (triggered by minimal changes in photoperiod, atypical for the original Jamaican genetics). Flowering period: About 8–9 weeks. Harvest (in taiga conditions): Late September - early October. The strain confidently withstands the autumn drop in temperatures and manages to fully fill the buds and produce seeds before the onset of severe frosts. 🌱 Terpenes and effect Aroma: Complex and contrasting. Classic tropical, fruity-spicy notes of Jamaican sativa intertwine with deep, resinous hints of pine, raw earth, and wild taiga herbs. Effect: Powerful, clean, cerebral "high" (uplifting effect). Energizes, sharpens perception, and provides euphoria, completely devoid of the heavy stone effect, making it a unique product for northern latitudes where indica autoflowers prevail. 🏆 Main achievement Complete autonomy and ripening in the outdoor taiga. The strain has accomplished the impossible: it has combined the true spirit of the Jamaican sun with the harsh character of the Siberian north.

Hey buddy, what’s your latitude (coordinates)? I didn’t quite understand how acclimatization happened if it didn’t mature or ripen in previous years, especially with our changeable climate, particularly in autumn. Tell me more…

@KOCATKA, you plant the bushes in the first year, wait until the frost, collect the first seeds in the axils, at the beginning of the branches, which are the fastest. In the first year, there were about 10 seeds, maybe half green. The next year, back to outdoor, and so on until the bush starts to mature. Jamaica is still not quite ready; it needs a few more years. I grew most of the seeds outdoors, and they are still green. At night, it already drops below zero. 56 latitude.
