Chemdawg is growing great plants look healthy the branches are very rigid and there are lots of new little shoots and tops everywhere these plants are going to be great once they start to flower! Probably going to LST them next week and achieve less height with a wider shorter canopy to avoid damage from high winds
wow nice garden, did u dig some hole first to fill with good soil or just straight in the ground?
thats beautifull the image of true freedom... this would be so illegal in my country, its full of snitching neighbours and jealous losers i wish i could come to US and do what u do. im white and european do u think i got a chance to do that or is that illegal too
@Reaper, we have amazing weather in Canada to grow.... Anything that grow in ground in Quebec is pretty darn tasty and smelly , Ontario the yield are large and very sticky and smelly 🤪, British Columbia is just perfect in every way for growing ,other provinces can’t really tell but I’m sure it’s good
Thank you. Yes I dig holes approximately 18 inches wide by 18 inches deep. Filled with promix, sheep manure, and composted dirt from other grows. You're white and European? Move to Canada and be my growing buddy! It's legal to grow here except Quebec and Manitoba.
I’d love to have more place to grow...I could even bigger monster than now and do phenomenal harvest with that clearing ....nice grow , I’ll followed you !
For the slug I believed copper stopped them ...you can wrap that bottom tree ( pas trop serré bien sur) and make sure no grass or nothing can leads the 🐌 on your plants ....or there an actual pellets for slug but you got to keep adding the stuff
@BigNate89, this is good to know. I can already see the buds are going to be really big... compared with my Purple Kush for example. I'm preparing supports and poles so she won't end up flopped over on the ground :P
Thank you. Plants are doing relatively well despite the pests and bugs. Chemdawg is one of my favs to smoke but it's a pain to cultivate, the buds get so heavy that they droop under the weight. But it's unique smoke that's for sure.
@BigNate89,
You can plant some stakes and hooples with birdfeed to lure natural snail predators and maybe fill the empty spaces with other crops you don't give a shit about.
Plant some aromatic herbs nearby, try not to water in the evening and if its very moist go on manual hunts with a spoon and fling them across your yard.
The bastards like to come out after heavy rainfall in the night.
Hi! I actually live in a remote area in southern Quebec, Canada. We're only allowed to grow up to 4 plants for recreational. Myself, I have a valid medical grow license. No worries for the cops. Their helicopters have flown over a dozen times or so since spring, and still no visit or anything.
Nice set up!! I have two Chemdog plants in my grow, but I didn't start journals for them. They are insanely big right now. I am growing in Ottawa in my back yard. Got my seeds from Sun West Genetics.
Thanks! Québec over here, Chemdawg is an awesome strain no matter the breeder. I'm content with mine at 5 ft. Last year's were way too big, they caught all the wind and were so high maintenance lol glad to have stout bushes this year.
