Week 1 - 07/07 - 07/13 Light - 18" T5 Fluorescent Temperature - 75 Humidity - 80 Germinated - 07/04 Planted - 07/05 Sprouted 07/07 Starting a new grow with just one strain this go around. The plan is to scrog one plant in the middle of the tent and SOG a group of clones from the mother plant. They had a rough start because of me being away and the germination chamber drying up but they will recover fine. Hoping for the best!

They are finally starting to grow. Started full strength nutrients and lowered the light a few inches. So far so good.

Its been a little while since my last update. To catch up, the three main plants were vegged for 7 weeks and the other two are clones that were vegged for a week. I am having some fun this go around and trying some experiments out with plant training.

There's a water technique that talk about putting water in the pot where you want the root to go, so it says to water on the corner of the pot, so root will go bigger to that part. When you water where the root already is it get stagnated in the same area and don't advance! Wish you luck!!!! Have a Shroom !!! 🙌

@Psilocubensis, totally agree. Roots will search for water and grow faster if you water outside ring. Anyway good luck for these plants ✌️

Make sure to water the entire pot. Airpots can be annoying so use a bottle sprayer and mist the top of the soil before watering, it will run out the sides less. In those baby one liter pots you will want to water very slowly, and you don’t need much water. You Don’t want dry spots by watering just around the plant either. It’s impossible to overwater in those air pots, make sure to water around the entire pot thoroughly.

@GrowingisFunkO, Those airpots are designed to enhance even drying when the medium is watered thoroughly. Plant roots naturally follow water, so if you water in as small circle around the pot, you are wasting the enhanced oxygenated effects of the airpot, as roots travel throughout in seek of water and oxygen from the air holes, it prevents the effects of becoming root bound, ie a lack of oxygen or airflow. I understand the hesitation the hesitation and I suppose you could over water plants in air pots if you really didn’t know what you’re doing, but I have seen even in studies marijuana plants do just fine in wetter than what most growers consider normal conditions. I think you should maybe try a side by side experiment and see what method works better!

@DET__PDX, I appreciate the advice but from past experience, at this size, you can over water the plants. The root system is not big enough nor is it warm enough to dry the pots out quick enough which can drown the plants. Once I hit 5 nodes, the plant seems to respond better to the outside ring watering method. The airpot is also a 3-gallon pot, not one liter, so they would take forever to dry out.
