Had to trim some leaves this week because new bud sites weren't getting enough light. Grow tent should be in this next week and I'll probably add 2-3 more grow sites, along with another light.
A few of the leaves started to get yellow spots along the veins. I was pretty sure it was nitrogen deficiency so I upped the nutes a little. Over the next day or so, 2-3 different leaves started to curl down at the tip. Is this too much nitrogen?
Yes you are correct. The way the leaves are curling down is too much nitrogen. A ppm of around 550 is usually plenty for my autos when they are that size.
Finally got my tent in, so going that helps as far as the light goes. Since I'm a complete noob, I can't tell if she's started to flower, or if I stressed her and she hermed.
Still hasn't changed too much. She's finally showing a few white hairs, but couldn't get a good picture because of all her leaves. Every time I trim her, she grows twice as many leaves back. This strain definitely handles trimming and bounces back within 24 hours.
Still haven't seen any change this week. I'm starting to get discouraged and not sure what's going on. She's extremely short and bushy compared to other diaries I've seen, and hasn't entered full flower for some reason.
Well, I'm still not sure what she's doing. There's pistols everywhere, but she's still staying short and bushy, and I haven't seen any buds forming at all. Other than that, she still looks really healthy.
Looking good. These are signs of preflower. Within the next week she should begin developing real flowers. You also can slowly (and carefully) start giving her nutrients for blooming phase now. Happy growing!
