This will be a completely organic grow I am using Gaia green soil... Later on week 4 or so I will top dress the Gaia green 444/284 only a tbsp of each.
Seems healthy and enjoying the little bit of natural light that I'm able to give it after work and on weekends. Using spectrum King mother's lil helper light in my jammed 2x4 5 foot high tent. Haven't used anything other than its original Gaia green original soil. I am using my rain barrel for water and not PHing it at all it sits at 6.4/6.7.
Seems very healthy and I'm happy so far I wish I had it in a bigger pot because the genetics seem to be great... But being a autoflower I don't want to shock it too much. I'll continue with the low stress training trying to get a even canopy...and I also added this week some Gaia green 284 444 just to recharge it a bit
The canopy on this plant is starting to even out I will continue to low-stress train. I have a rain barrel which I water the plant with so I don't pH my water whatsoever and saying that I did add a teaspoon of Gaia green 284 this week.
The plant is still looking very healthy and I am excited to keep a close eye on this as the grow continues
Another update on grow things seem to be doing very well it's beginning to show signs of flowering. I've been trying my best to keep this plant small by doing a lot of low-stress training which hopefully will pay off... The plant looks healthy and I look forward to the coming weeks see how everything pans out.
I am happy so far that the canopy is fairly even this ready should b week 2 of flower last week it was showing a lot of white hairs so that is kind of my fault... Regardless this plant seems to be healthy doing well I seen a few small fly's in my tent which I know attributed from me mixing my own tea and feeding it to a different plant that is in the tent hopefully I have it under wraps now you can see a shiny film on some of the leaves and it is where I had to spray to get rid of the problem. Regardless I'm happy and still look forward seeing how this grow continues to go
I am still very happy with how this grow is going we are currently in week 3 of flower earlier in the week I added a small bit of 444 and 284 more of the 284 now that it's in flower ... And because of the small pot size I am certainly watering more frequently then I would if it was in a 5-gallon pot
We are now in week 4 of flowering the plant seems to be doing well and I'm very happy with it. Like previous weeks I do wish I had it in a bigger pot because I think this plant would have been a big yielder... Right now I am stuck in the predicament of should I defoliate the plant when it is well into flowering. I think because I did a half decent job of low stress training I'm going to try and avoid defoliating and let the plant take its course... Throughout this week I did give the plant it's last nutrients, I did this by using gaia-green 284 and I also gave us a tiny bit of bat guano...
I'm still fairly happy that's how this grow is going ... I didn't do much to my plant this week the leaves seem to getting a little crowded and I am tempted to defoliate a bit but at the same time I don't want to shock the plant....
I stopped feeding the plant I believe the nutrients that I gave it thus far should be enough for it until I decide it's harvest Time... Being the slow time release notes. I'm starting to get some really nice purple colours appear which may have attributed from the lower temperatures we are starting to have ... I am very pleased with this plant still and it is starting to pack on some weight along with some beautiful beautiful colours and crystals...
There's some really nice colours coming out in this plant mainly due to the lower temperatures happening in my area around Edmonton Alberta. I defoliate at the plant a boat 6 days ago... The plant now looks a lot better now that it is not so crowded hopefully in the long run it didn't stunt the growth of the buds too much there are some great trichome production play as soon as it starts to wrap up its last few weeks ... I am hoping to leave this plant in the tent another 2 weeks.
Any day now I can harvest this plant. All the trichomes are looking cloudy and the leaves are yellowing showing that it is doing a proper flush which was kinda experimental but worked out very well in the end.
Again if anybody we're hesitant on whether or not to try these genetics, I would highly suggest them I am very happy with this plant and it's yield.
I would actually love to try this exact strain again and throw it in a 5 gallon or something around those lines just to see how big I could actually make it but myself only having a five foot high tent I would really have to low stress training to keep the plant from out growing my tent.
I will add to this later currently the plant is going into its 48 hours of darkness before harvest I'm pleased with the outcome of this plant and how it looks but still wish I did put it in a bigger pot because it would have been a very high yielding plant...
