This is a suppliment sold together usually calcium and magnesium .This along with nitrogen are the building blocks needed to get healthy growing good producing girls.Calcium and magnesium are used in every aspect of the plants life so many people just include it in there grows no matter what I know it's needed more in coco-coir or hydroponics because of the control you have over what your plants are getting . A good additive to use I've seen everyone has it for the most part. Cheers

It is a supplement that contains calcium and magnesium. It is a required supplement if you are using RO water and good to have on hand regardless since cannabis needs quite a bit of both to grow big and fast. I use calimagic but there are several brands out there.
