So I decided to try my hand at some outdoor guerilla growing aswell as having my first grow in the tent on the go. I live in a particularly cold wet part of the world where the dark nights come very late in the year so I don't expect to do well this is more so about practice and learning the plant. holes were dug in April 2.5' x 1.5' x 2' and filled with a concoction that I thought would work, different layers for different stages of growth. I have 2 Crimea Blue, 2 kiwi skunk and 2 sensi skunk automatic left i started with 15 all in all but i gathered nature would take its fair share and it did, they were either eaten or washed out the ground! They were planted out around mid may as little seedlings.
So I thought I would take a peak to see my outfoor girls and see how they were getting on! I think the cb and ks are starting to flower now??! as I mentioned before I am really far north in the hemisphere so don't know if they will finish in time before the snow comes! they are all supposedly hardy strains to mould mildew cold etc so let's hope my homework pays off! I couldn't believe the size of 1 of my kiwi skunks, I wouldn't even be able to fit half of it in my tent lol! the 2 autos that are left have been getting munched on but I'm trying to grow this as pure and organic as possible so have not treated them atall. oh and one more thing guys and girls, I planted all of these in may and I HAVE NEVER WATERED THEM ONCE 😂😂😂😂😂😂👌
27th September - girls finally getting enough darkness to start making some buds.. there has been alot of rain and cold temps 7-10 degrees Celsius but they are still looking very healthy - fingers crossed lol
As I mentioned this was just a little experiment to see if autos would work far up in the northern hemisphere 57.6 Latitude.. it may not look the prettiest but it is some suprisingly strong skunk that tastes very pleasant!4979
11th Oct - it's been a more settled week weatherwise with temps ranging between 7-14c but nighttime creeping down to 4-5c, forecast is pretty shitty for this weekend too fingers crossed the wind stays to help dry them between rain showers! the girls are showing strength so far with all of them showing proper little bud sites now! 1 of the kiwi skunks is a little ahead of the others - she is looking particularly frosty already.. mmmm!!! I'm guessing harvest will be around 5-15 nov if they make it that far.. everyone cross your fingers for me please! as I write this I can hear hear rain smashing of the windows 😭😭😭😭😭🖕🖕🖕🖕
