End of week 1, all the girls germinated quickly. Took a little longer to break through the soil due to cold temps, but it's warming up next week. Only watering every 2 to 3 days, has mostly been overcast and raining, so haven't been drying fast. Also Putting humidity domes over some pots to keep the temp & humidity up. Planted them a little early in the season, but would rather have seedlings a bit cold than have the last run get cold n wet during flowering. Lets hope that theory works!

Temps are warming up and they're getting some proper light finally. Still slow progress, but the 2nd set of leaves are forming and added Mycoroot, so hopefully that helps them speed up. Also put sticky traps out, have a lot of tiny flies/midges. Working well already n had a few stuck within 5 min. Can see one in the video hovering just above the Guerilla Glue lable and tonnes stuck to the sticky traps. If anyone knows a quick fix to get rid of them besides the traps, please let me know. Height hasn't increased much, because I moved a lot of soil to the sides of the pots when I planted them in and as they stretch I fill it in & level the soil out, but they are definitely making progress and has definitely sped up a lot now that the sun is out and temperature is rising.

Having a few really nice warm sunny days this week and have started sun hunting around the garden with the girls to get them as much light as possible. Some of them are still going slow, but a few have kicked into gear and are looking good. Sprayed my greenhouse with Pyrol when I took the pots out to try to get rid of the ants and fungus gnats and seems to have worked well. There are almost none anymore besides one or 2 that were hiding in my pots. First foliar feed with a light fish mix on top of the regular watering that I'm doing every 2 days now that it's warming up. Adding MicroLife to one feed a week and a light BioGrow and Fish Mix to every feed. Some plants started stretching between the cotyledons and first set of leaves, so hopefully the warmer & more sunny days will stop that. Day 21 Update The Dubai Poison seems to be in serious slow mo and the Purple Glam Kush is not far ahead. The Cocopopo was also going really slow, but seems to have picked up speed in the last few days. The AK-77V had some issues with the base of the stem and it was weak and starting to fall over, so I pushed a bit more soil around it to help support it. Heard that's possibly from temperature fluctuation, which would make sense because we had some days that were 10°C warmer than last week. Tangie'matic is making some progress, but still stretching quite a lot. Lavender Best is doing well and stretching a bit, but nothing too bad. I'm most happy with the Guerilla Glue and Devil's Kiss. They're both pushing out big luscious leaves and growing well despite not getting much light and being quite cold still. I wanted to do the autos a little early for the outdoor season here to see if it was worth it. I wasn't expecting them to go too quickly or get massive yields, I just hope some of them wake up a bit so I get something from them to try and see if I like the flavours and see if I want to add any to future grows. I have seen some peoples autos veg for 5 or 6 weeks outdoors, so hopefully the cold just slows them down a bit and I have another 3 weeks before they start to flower...🙏 Seeing how slowly they're going has made me keen to close the greenhouse up a bit to keep some warmth in and get some lights to add a few hours to their day if I do early runs like this again.

Was another mainly cold and overcast week. 3 of the girls were growing well, but stretching a bit, so started some LST on them & they seem to be loving it and have been pushing out nice big healthy leaves. Know it's early (size wise), but want to keep the plants low and spread the canopy, so will train them around the edge of the pot as they grow until I see signs of flowering. I had some damping off issues with 2 plants, one from another diary and the AK-77V from this one. We had one hot day and after all the cold damp days it was a bit of a shock to the girls. She flopped over completely & know there's not much you can do after that, but I decided to at least give it a go. Cut her just above the damaged area of the stem, dipped the end in some root powder & am leaving her in a bottle of water. Essentially treating it like a clone. If anything comes of it, great, if not, at least I tried haha The Cocopopo has started to get into gear this week and is pushing some proper looking leaves out finally. The Tangie'matic and Purple Glam Kush looks like they've slowed down with their stretching and are also starting to push out more nice big leaves and will do some LST on them soon. The Dubai Poison is the furthest behind and in real slow mo, but it's still looking healthy, so hopefully the good weather coming this week gets her going! Again only watered every 3 to 4 days due to the cold temps and plants still being quite small. Feed every 2nd water, but will up that to every water next week and as usual 1 foliar feed with a light fish mix once a week.

Finally a nice sunny & warm week. Most of the week was nice and mild with few clouds so the girls could get loads of sun. Had an extremely hot weekend & went up to 36C on Saturday, so got the plants some morning & evening sun, but hid them in the shade during mid day heat & looks like they enjoyed it! Did some more LST to the Lavender Best, Guerilla Glue & Devil's Kiss & all of them have loved it & grown like mad! Really happy with their progress. Also did some LST to the Tangie'Matic, Purple Glam Kush and Cocopopo and they all seem to be enjoying it and have grown well since. The Dubai Poison is the only one that has decided to stay small, but with the warmth it looks like it's woken up a bit finally. Still giving a light fish mix once a week as a foliar spray, but will stop that now that they are flowering. Most have started to show the first signs of flowering, so will do a little flush and switch to the flowering nutes. The AK-77V is still in the water bottle trying to recover, had a bit more bad luck with her and she blew out of the water. Luckily I go out often to check on them & move the others into the sun and saw it within an hour. The bottom leaves have yellowed, but the growth point looks ok... it's just in there as an experiment at this point, but interested to see what happens.

A warm start to the week with a bit of a storm passing through making night temps drop a bit low again, but warmed up again nicely toward the end of the week. Looks like the dropping night temps are finally done & the report for the next two weeks is looking good. Upped the nutes to hopefully help them stretch a bit more. Some have gone into flowering quite seriously, while others are just showing a few pre flowers. Will switch to bloom next week. The Dubai Poison looks like it's going to stay small, but the Cocopopo that was well behind has grown well & is trying to catch the others. Purple Glam Kush is looking healthy and doing well, but still going quite slowly, but is flowering quite a bit, so think she'll stay really small too, but have another seed, so can try again more in season. The Guerilla Glue & Lavender Best are flowering solidly, so left them alone, but the Devil's Kiss was growing and still early in pre flower, so added another tie down around the rim of the pot. Also added another to the Tangie'Matic early in the week and she has started flowering properly since, hopefully she stretches nicely. I also heard cinnamon helps keep fungus away and in turn the fungus gnats have no food, so gets rid of them too. I bought some & sprinkled some around the ladies. Looks like it's working and there are way less gnats and with an added bonus that my greenhouse smells delicious every time I go in in the morning to move them into the sun. All in all they're pretty much doing what I expected planting a bit early. Was hoping some of them would have grown a bit more, but this is more strain hunting and testing how they do a little early, so if there are some terps that grab me I'll grow another one later in the season or next season.

Mainly a warm week with a little rain and dip, but nothing serious. All still going well with most of them. Some are a little further into flower than others and gave them some Bio-Bloom as well as the usual Bio-Grow, the rest that are still in preflower I only gave Bio-Grow. The Dubai Poison is a serious runt, doubt I'll even get a small joint out of her haha might have to get my ancient bong out. Did more LST to the Devil's Kiss, she's still early in flower & flexible, the Guerilla Glue and Lavender Best have stiffened up and flowering. The Cocopopo has really woken up and tried to catch the other big girls. The Purple Glam Kush is alo a bit of a runt, not as bad as the Dubai Poison, but not getting any bigger. The Tangie'Matic is doing well and still growing nicely and starting to flower more seriously and starting to smell a bit. Like Tangerine peels at the moment. No more foliar feeding for these girls and will switch the rest into Bio-Bloom as they flower more and then stop with the Bio-Grow and don't think I'll do anymore LST, might tweak a few at most. Equinox today, so hopefully lots more light coming their way!

So we started off the week with a couple of nice sunny days and then had 44.6C, 39.6C and 39.9C, so they got very thirsty and was shade hunting mid day instead of looking for sun. They all handled it well & made quite a bit of progress. I put them in saucers with a little water in so they could pull it up if needed, but only left them in for around an hour at a time, then let them drain and switched plants, so not quite sure how much they drank in the heat, but averaged out with the rest of the week it was around 500ml a day. Also did a light defoliation and have some nice garnish in the fridge to add to my meals. Feeding has been a bit all over the place with all the plants in different stages. Some I'm feeding Fish Mix and Bio-Grow and others that and a little bloom and starting to switch some over to bloom only. Also gave them an epsom salt mix. 1 Tablespoon in 5l Looks like there are still a few weeks left before they're done, so will keep feeding for a bit before I flush. Some of them are flowering nicely and starting to let off a few smells and producing some trichomes. I can see the buds on the Tangie'Matic and Guerilla Glue bulk up day by day. I've also been drying and crushing eggshells for some Calmag and added some today. The plants are not big, which I expected, but hope that what is there gives me a few nice nugs!

A nice mild week with mostly sunny days. Some days in the low 30's, but mostly in the mid to high 20's and down to between 12C & 16C at night. Some are getting close to being done & others are still getting started. Most doing well, besides the Dubai Poison runt. I found a banana on my PGK yesterday and found one of the Guerilla Glue today. Not too stressed about them. If they sprout more I'll separate them from the rest, so will keep an eye out. Worst that happens is I get a few seeds I can play with. The Tangie'Matic has made some serious progress this week & can't believe how fast it's filling out! Feels she went from preflower straight to buds. She doesn't smell like tangerine/naartjie peels anymore, just a delicious sweet strong citrus smell. The Cocopop is trying to win an award for the best comeback of the season haha it's been growing well and catching up to the biggest girls now. She's in preflower and pushing out the most beautiful white stigmas. Glad she decided to grow, she was as big as the Dubai Poison for the first few weeks. All going well & weather looks to be good for the next 2 weeks besides a little dip on Wednesday. Did a bit more defoliation on them this week too. Some were getting a bit swamped by all their leaves. Also upped my nutrients and having so many plants in 1 diary makes it impossible to split the feeding, but the ones further into flower are getting more of the Bloom/Fire Juice Mix and the ones in preflower get more Grow, Fish Mix and Micro Life. Splitting it more or less 200ml of the one & 300ml of the other. On the warmer days I might give a little more, but try to water every 2nd day so they dry out properly inbetween.

A nice mainly warm week with a couple cooler days and nights, but all the girls are doing well. Spotted some bananas on the Guerilla Glue and one of the Purple Glam Kush. Pulled the one on the PGK and one on the GG, but left one for fun, maybe I get a seed or 2, but might pluck it in a day or 2. Also still fighting the thrips. Can't spray with anything now, so just squishing every one I see & check the plants a few times a day, so it's kinda under control and they're not doing too much damage. The Cocopopo is probably looking the worst with a few spots all over. Otherwise they're filling out nicely and mostly still nice clear trichomes, so probably 2 weeks till the first ones come down. Only on flowering food now, will feed again this coming week, but the ones that are almost done will get a week and a bit of flushing. They're all at different stages, so will keep an eye on each ones progress. Amounts also vary from plant to plant, the Dubai Poison gets about 100 to 200ml every 2 days (the least) and the Devil's Kiss and Cocopopo get 600ml every 2 days... sometimes a tiny bit more on the hot days, but less on the cooler days... basically staying flexible and feeding them when I feel they need it, sometimes its small amounts on consecutive days, sometimes lots 3 days apart. No formula to outdoor. Really happy with how the Tangie'Matic is frosting up. The smell is amazing and she glistens in the sun so beautifully. Gave her a little extra attention on the shoot as you can see, but couldn't help myself.

A mainly warm, sunny week. Only the last 2 days were a little cooler and a bit overcast. Most of the girls are nearly done. Another week or 2 for some and maybe 3 or 4 weeks for the slowest. Dubai Poison - Tiny lollipop bud. Didn't like the cold start. Not a strong crazy smell, but keen to try the little she gives me. Purple Glam Kush - Small and very leafy. Buds are airy as hell and hope she fills in... not good structure at all at the moment. Smell is sweet and fresh, I have another seed, so hope that pheno is better. Lavender Best - Almost done. Thin buds, and a few nice lower branches and really frosty. A strong pepper smell to her without touching. Spicy and slightly sweet after disturbing. Won't be a big yield, but will be enough for a little jar and look forward to try her. Guerilla Glue - Small plant, but main cola is filling out really well and is nice and dense. Few smaller buds lower down, but also a slow start in the cold, like all of them, but did well considering. Smell is also peppery without disturbing and can smell the fresh green, gluey notes after touching. Cocopopo - She had a really slow start and fell behind the pack, but has caught up well! Responded well to the LST and kept stretching and allowed me to take her further than most of the others. Also a little behind in the flowering, but starting to bulk up nicely. Smell isn't very strong yet, but can smell a strange sweetness to her, but can't describe what's with it. Not chocolate just yet. Devil's Kiss - She also responded well to the LST & could do more on her. Stayed nice and flat and the buds are starting to fill out nicely. A sweet, floral, almost tropical smell on her. Not strong, but very nice. Tangie'Matic - The Queen of the pack. Think in better weather she will be one of my favorites and get nice and big. She's filling out so fast and so nicely. Dense buds packed with trichomes, all crystal clear at the moment and they sparkle in the sun so nicely. She's also starting to show off. A fey purple, almost black calyces and purple tips on the rest. Also got nice pink stripes on some of the leaf veins. Flowers have a bit of a blue tinge in general and looking beautiful. The smell is also my favorite from this group. Strong, sweet citrus. Not a sharp almost acidic smell like when she started to flower, it's gotten more smooth and rounded... if that makes sense. I struggle to describe some smells & go off feeling hahaha Gave them all a feed early in the week, but only collected rain water since and slowed down a bit the last 2 days due to temperature.

A nice mild start to the week, but the 2nd half we got some serious rain and a few completely overcast days. It started hailing while I took the photos and had to do it inside the greenhouse, so the standard is not where it should be haha After looking at the shots and seeing the trichomes I'm quite sure that a few are only a week away from being ready and the rest maybe 2 more weeks. No more feeding and slowed down watering due to the cold, but they're doing well and smelling amazing.

Nice week, lots of sun and mainly warm days. Took the Tangie'Matic, Dubai Poison, Purple Glam Kush and Guerilla Glue down today and they're in drying. Will update harvests when dry. Tangie, is beautiful and super frosty and such a strong, sour citrus smell coming off her. Lots of trichomes in the trim, so saving it in the freezer for a bubble hash run. The Dubai Poison is tiny, but smelling good. Smooth with a little sweet creamyness to her. The Purple Glam Kush is smelling great, but the structure is terrible. Trimming her was like plucking a bird. More feathers than meat. Saw some top leaves dying and didn't want to risk anything rotting while I'm busy. The Guerilla Glue had great structure, tight nugs and easy to trim. The smell was also quite intense, got a whiff every time I carried her anywhere. Strong pepper without disturbing, but during the trim I got more spicy and complex smells. The rest are still going strong and have a week or so left, will chop as they're ready, I just have a lot of work this week and won't have time, so these had to come down now. Not much else to report for now. No feeding, but watering a lot in the heat and just waiting on the last 3 now.

Another mainly warm, sunny week with a couple cooler days. The Tangie'Matic, Purple Glam Kush, Guerilla Glue and Dubai Poison were chopped last week and chopped the last 3 today. The Devil's Kiss, Cocopopo and Lavender Best. Only water for the last 3 this week and the other 4 are drying and need another day or 2. I don't like burping jars while I'm curing, I prefer to dry them a day longer than normal and then close the jar and let it sit. It is a fine line between too dry and having mold issues, but haven't had any issues in the past, so will stick to that method. I am drying in a new area to avoid too much smell in the house, but they're drying nice and slowly, so is working perfectly. Next week I'll have wet and dry weight for the 1st 4 to go down and the week after I'll post the last 3... then it's the long wait to cure. I normally have a tester at 1 month and then again at 2 months. The first is normally bland in taste, but get an idea of what's to come, then after 2 months it's flavor starts to come in nicely and normally start smoking from 2 months, but find 3 months in jars without opening (besides taking a tiny bit out each month) has given me the best results, so will try to wait.

One of my favorites from this season so far. Such a strong tangy flavor, like citric acid at first with little citrus flavor. She has a similar smell and taste to a local Pelargonium zonale (a species of geranium). I used to crush the leaves and rub it on my skin as an insect repellent in the bush in the afternoon and it is so similar to that. Not my favorite smell or flavor as it is quite strange, but because the smell is so strong and different and translates very strongly to the flavor it has made it one of my favorites. The high is also a more relaxing indica vibe, which I prefer, so she ticks all the boxes for me. Also easy to grow, she did well despite a few mistakes and will definitely be growing her quite a few more times. She was really early in season, so will try later next season and try get a proper yield. I just wanted a sample to try her and I got more than enough for what I needed. On the curing side, I tried her at around 3 months and I could tell there was potential, but wasn't quite there yet. By 4 months she was starting to let that tang out, but now after over 6 months she is at her best. I smoke a lot for flavor and not just effect, so I'm happy to cure as long as it takes to get the full potential out and am not sorry I waited on her.

Soft subtle herb smell coming off her. Cured for over 6 months and flavor is still very subtle. Sweet, with soft hints of lavender and earthy aftertaste. Flavor is a bit too subtle for me, but the high is nice and relaxing, but uplifting. She was easy to grow and a nice smoke, just not that nice that I'll run her again.

An easy plant to grow, she was very early in season and a smaller pot, so she wasn't huge, but was just what I wanted. Great smell, flavor and high for the price. Have been quite impressed by some of Bulk Seed Bank's strains and this is one of them. Awesome smooth gluey flavor with some subtle floral notes. Uplifting start to the high and slowly gravity starts working better on you than before, so a good bedtime strain.

A nice easy grow. Started slow being early in the season, but still did well. Flower was not very dense and lots of leaves, so trimming was a bit more of a chore, but worth it. She has such a nice kushy taste with a rich, smooth side. Nice relaxing high. Really enjoy this one. Not top shelf flower, but a very enjoyable smoke for growers on a budget and one of my favorites from Bulk Seed Bank so far. She had 2 or 3 nanners late in flower and decided to leave one on and got a seed from her and am happy to be able to grow a bit more of this girl.

Easy plant to grow and did well despite the cold early in season. A nice light, creamy, sweet smoke. Not quite chocolate, but somewhere between that and a very subtle coffee. Good daytime stuff, found I could focus perfectly and keep functioning normally while working.

Made some mistakes with her and stunted her like mad, but got a little tester out of her. A spicy, woody flavor. Not my favorite, but pleasant. High is very uplifting and great for a daytime smoke.

A very easy growing plant, great for beginners. Flower is nice. Flavour is nutty to start and then turns more soft, herby and floral. Effects are more on the energising side. I don't find myself reaching into this jar much. Not the biggest fan of the flavour and the sativa energetic feeling makes me feel uneasy, like having too much coffee. It is a good strain for someone on a budget that likes the racy sativas, but it's unfortunately not for me.
