On two of the oldest plants their first true leaves are turning a yellowish color and every cotyledon appears to be yellow now. Is this due to watering or too much light or something?
well your girls dont look good. Iagree. In first case i would like to know what soil you ar using, Normally they should not be so yellow and pale and droopy , Iam guessing for the wrong soil . For MJ its good to invest in a premixed light Mj soil. Or you mix your own. Common soils are having wrong PH/ ec for little mj plants.

hempboi Recovery Coming along nicely. Fox Farm Happy Frog soil is helping my babies recover with better PH. Using ~6.5 PH distilled water to hydrate them.

hempboi Checked the roots and decided it was time to transplant the babies into bigger pots.
Got them in 5 gallon fabric smartpots and are in happy frog soil. Plan to add nutes soon I am pretending these guys are on week 3 instead of where they are now since I about killed them with miracle gro.
