I would try bringing the light closer to plants maybe. Not sure how far away it is but i usually try to keep mine about a foot away. Its already in the flowering stage so i wouldn't expect too much growth. but you can still get some.
Here is some info for you from the Royal Queen site. it will go over everything your plant needs to grow nice and big, If it doesn't work out this time at least you'll have some experience going into your next grow.
